Wii isn't likely to just stop selling because something else is selling faster. It might slow down some but it will still sell in repesectable numbers for the duration of its life. Darsksiders was pretty similar to the Soul Reaver franchise which was itself pretty similar to Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time. (Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, the predecessor toe the Soul Reaver stuff was quite similar in some respects to 2d Zelda games).
While people rarely acknowledge it, even the much lauded ZOoT borrowed a few ideas from Tomb Raider.
Game design seems to work like that.
Bollywood is a real thing for people to either enjoy or make fun of. It is not an entire culture on its own but merely a genre with it's own iconic production style. For that matter so is Hee Haw/Grand Ol' Opry, crazy Operas written by Germans and Austrians, Mexican sitcoms, British sitcoms, American soap operas, Spanish soap operas, Dr Who, No theatre, The Grand Guignol, Ed Wood movies, Figure Skating, Taxi Dancing, Russian dancing, Gypsy dance music, bagpipes, irish ballads, etc.
Like it or not, Wii already won and they won big. Hell I don't really like it myself, but it happened. Better luck next time Sony and MS. GG.
GTA IV isn't actually 'very pretty' either. It's an okay game but a step down in terms of stuff to do when you consider its predecessor. The cinematic crime drama stuff wasn't that great. The plot wasn't very good. The car handling was frustrating. The activities were just pitiful and quickly grew very boring. The missions needed checkpoints.
It was kind of fun watching the peds stumble around though.
If you didn't play SR2 then I guess your advice for SR3 isn't worth anything.
No one cares who bitter fanboys with crazy agendas respect or don't respect. Nor should they. COD3 and W@W were both pretty damned good games. That's all that matters.

Wii is up past 60 million now. It's not my favorite console or even my second favorite but anyone who thinks the PS3 will kill the Wii is living in fantasy land or just knows next to nothing about anything.

I own a PS3 and about 39 games for it including PSN games BUT since you claim that you want to see it from the 'enemy' point of view(probably just so you can gratuitously crap on it):

Yeah but PS3 rarely outsells Wii in ANY market and on those few exceptional occasions when it does the difference is so tiny that it's not enough to change anything.
For Sony to "win" by LTD sales, even in the next six years it has to increase its sales VERY dramatically and the Wii has to practically stop selling. There is no reason to think that either of those two things will happen.
