It's not that people don't want it, it's that they don't want to demand it with pitchforks and torches like self entitled children.
If Sony and other services deem it financially viable then cool, if not then either buy the game if you want it so badly or wait until it comes to the service.
Why should Sony lose out on GoW or ND's next game selling millions at $70 a pop just because MS is doing it?
I've always said that Sony and MS should make a cheap streaming only device that would come with the console as a way to compete with the switch's hybrid advantage. Phone plans are starting to allow you to add "other devices" that can use your plan's data. This is a good move if true imo.
Not really. Sony isn't against putting their big games on there just not day one. First party games will be on the service you'll just have to wait for it.
Just because a game is 1st party, doesn't mean it's quality.
Seems like your issue has nothing to do with quality nor quantity... you just want to be able to play all games on release day for a small monthly/yearly fee regardless if it's a huge or small number of games released or if the games are bad or not.
Sony's goal currently isn't for plus to be the main way you consume their content, just an option, unlike what Microsoft is hoping for GamePass. You have to take that into account.
Was actually gonna come to your defense and say what's up with the downvotes, but upon further research it was never "confirmed" to be a 3-part series until now. They've only said "multi-part series" until now.
It being a 3-part series was an assumption until now because, one, if it was only two parts they would have just said that instead of "multiple parts" and two, 4+ parts would have been too many because given the average dev time ...
I'm not saying all that. I'm saying that Stray is an indication that Sony will look to get other games day one on Plus and if that happens, it wouldn't be too far off from GamePass.
Next iteration is what is meant. If a game already came out, it's out. Would be a dick (and illegal?) move to take away a game you already paid money for.
Why not use UE5? Should have started on UE4 and then transfer over to UE5. Playground has proven track record of quality so hopefully it can transfer over to this new Fable game.
@RauLeCreuset
Ouch!
Just play on the superior console version!

There's nothing to speculate. You know it'll come eventually. So just wait on it. If you can't wait buy it. Not that difficult 🤷🏾♂️

The shortage only exists for Xbox controllers.

"and it never will until it has day 1 titles"
Stray is day one.

What makes you think it's an exception? To me it's an indication that 3rd party and indie titles will arrive day one in the future.
We know why Sony isn't putting 1st party on there day one as is Take Two, but if there will be other titles that are day one in future, I don't se...

I wonder how quickly they would have gotten to that mark if the chip shortage never happened.
So Plus does have day ones 😦
Wow, that was disappointing. . . . . .

Looks like it can Adventure 1/2 potential. I'm cautiously in.
Yep. It's a lose lose situation
