Don't take the 'no games' statement literally. MS could have released the system without any 3rd or 1st party games and they would still technically have games because of BC. The 'No games' term is just to allude to the fact that there are no games to distinguish it from their competitor.

People say this a lot, but I think it's as simple as the game just not being ready yet. When it comes to software in general, delays are expected. The thing is, when it comes to video games they are announced way before they are ready to generate hype/excitement.
It sucks because obviously you want the game to come out and from a publisher/manufacture...
