I still don't get this "true power" thing. It's like, your games aren't even all in 4K and/or 60fps. It's literally a little bit faster PS4 Pro. What's so special about this "true power"? And if this is true power then what's my 4.5GHz 6700K and GTX 1080 system then? A nuclear power plant in comparison?

I think it's time for a refresh in my opinion. It's been around for years now and mobile hardware is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than it use to be.
If Sony is going to support it, even if they don't launch high-end exclusive after the next, they could at least make a faster one and try putting PS3 ports on it and the current trend of indie/lower fidelity games on it.
I mean, not saying it has to be a second PS4 success story but give us something b...
As much as I dislike playing for the Empire as, with other games I play, I don't like being a "bad guy"...but something tells me that this will change the more the story progresses.
At least I hope...don't really care about helping to destroy the Rebellion. I don't care to play or see things from the other side when it's stuff like this. Wouldn't care to play a game where I'm a Nazi or slave owner showing the struggles of fighting for what...
Who says otherwise? I know that, for what it is, PSVR is impressive enough but to say that people think PSVR is BETTER than Oculus or Vive? Please, that's just a straight lie or those people have never really tried, in depth, the Oculus or Vive. Everything about the PC VR headsets are better from the lenses and resolution to the tracking accuracy and the Touch controllers for the Vive and Oculus I KNOW are wayyy better than PS Move.
So yeah, who exactly says PSVR is bet...
What I find trippy about people here is that so many people are hella impressed with the PSVR when things like the Oculus Rift and Vive are even better...way better according to a friend who owns the PSVR.
And headsets are still coming out. It's only a matter of time before VR becomes a MAJOR player. Stuff get's cheaper all the time.
Have you ever seen ray tracing? To my knowledge it's the most realistic rendering technique we have right now. Current graphics technologies ARE getting better but if we're talking the best we have now vs. a semi-decent ray tracing engine...the ray tracing will win every time.
Man, these "reviewers" really like slapping 10 out of 10 on a lot of games these days it seems.

What's astonishing is the amount of detail in the textures and draw distance despite there being no actual reason for it CONSIDERING the native resolution.
Look at the Demon's Souls armor...it literally goes from being smeared silver shit to having details like individual links in the chainmail. So why is that detail there to begin with? Seems like they could have saved more on resources.

Eh, I'd rather play it first. If games like Bioshock Infinite have taught me anything it's that people will ignore a TON TON TON of bad gameplay and story elements if, at the end of the day, the game somehow "wowed" them.
I remember with Infinite...all reviewers it seems claimed that the gunplay wasn't that great, a lot of the mechanics were one trick ponies, Skyhooks didn't really add much, Elizabeth wasn't super amazing...but MAN OH MAN that ...
I'm not expecting much. Given the engine, the developers, the games made from said engine, what I've seen so far of this game...nothing more than a cheap slapped together MMO trying to make money. Nothing redeeming about this game.
Could be wrong but I doubt it. I can promise you it won't be nearly as fun or interactive as RDR that came out 7 years ago.

For me it's based on the game. I like 60fps in racers and competitive FPS's...in games like The Last of Us...I think 30fps is more cinematic. 60fps feels unnatural to me in slower paced games.

I guess I just don't get the point of these articles? I mean, it seems like twice a day there's something about this game that came out in 2015 being revamp and looking "better than ever" on the latest fastest console.

LOL WHAT?! VR died last year even though this year has the best releases. The moment someone mentions VR you just get jealous and would rather talk about something you can afford.
