So I noticed that Finn and Phasma had The Last Jedi in between them. I wonder why...pre-cursor to DLC? Why single these two characters out with the new movie, exactly? Just something I noticed.
Otherwise the game looks great. Was REALLY hoping, especially with "next-gen" technology that we could have gotten ground to space battles like the alpha Battlefront 3 videos from a couple years back.
Very. I played for like two weeks and can't stand the game. I had a lot of practice with the likes of DayZ and other ARMA mods though but it's too much a game of risk and luck then it is skill most of the time. It's whoever see's who first.
Maybe I'm just burned out from all the DayZ mod, DayZ stand alone, and Breaking Point but I just can't really play PUBG any more after playing for a couple weeks now. Just burned out and the surviving for 20 minutes just to die because you can't check every single room or someone hops around the corner with a shotgun just get's old after a while...doesn't really matter how good you are.
I love the game play and realism, would love a more arena style/sma...
I never understand this train of thought. Suicide game? Horrible. Game where you kill endless innocent people? GTA.
Someone has to cry about something. Nothing to see here, move along. Thanks Steam for not putting your own agenda's on other people's creations should be more like it.
Wait wait wait...the console that's being worked on extensively might be faster than an unknown PC with drivers probably not near ready for the game? Whodathunkit.
I just find it funny/odd that PUBG is this big popular thing...no other games like it really...and now Fortnite comes around with a similar mode and people are acting like they didn't imitate and that it's fine and that they're totally not riding the wave of Battle Royal success.
"BUT BUT BUT there's been other similar games so PUBG isn't the first to do it either!" I hear you shout! Only fault with that argument is that there's been no sim...
@Perjoss
Eh, not really. They're pretty easy games to run already. Doom runs at 1080p and 60fps on the stock PS4...so the Switch, although weaker, shouldn't have an issue (especially since it's apparently running at 30fps).
Wolfenstein CAN be demanding if you crank the settings...but it can be a breeze when stuff is low enough.
So yeah, these games shouldn't have an issue on the Switch and they're not surprising.
Hell yes! I said this in another comment about how if this game is heavy on the story I think I'd prefer it.
Hearing that it's going to be story focused game when I do enjoy the lore so much get's me excited.
This appears, so far, to be nothing more than someone playing around in UE4 with some Half Life 2 like assets.
Nothing more to see here, move along!
Bluepoint is on point. They're remakes and remasters are legendary.
Be longer still waiting for the games to eventually maybe come out at some point in the not too distant far away future...unless they get cancelled.
Really depends. They both had their strengths and weaknesses.
For one the Xbox had a unified memory architecture so games could use nearly all of the systems 512MB of RAM. It also was the first console (and first GPU released to the public) to feature unified shader cores. The built is GPU cache was a nice touch as well. So the GPU itself, in nearly every right as far as I know, was more superior.
The PS3 on the other hand had a WAY more powerful CPU. M...
Artificial inflation.
Anyone whose anyone in the tech field can tell you that, given the standard common hardware of the Switch, there's no reason why these can't be made more mass produced. Supply shortages on a fat tablet with a underclocked Tegra X1 and a 720p screen is ridiculous...pure and simply.
Unless Nintendo's supplier just sucks.
Eh, them adding too much may result in the game becoming too complicated. It's sort of how DayZ got with all the crafting-ish and stuff they added.
This is suppose to be a Battle Royal title with short matches and everyone being on equal ground minus skill and who grabbed what first. Sounds more like they're trying to make it an MMO.
I mean, what they've been doing so far is OBVIOUSLY working so why screw with it now?
This is my issue as well. It's new hardware...of course it's going to be faster.
When the PS5 is announced can we start talking about how crappy and slow the Xbox One X is then? How all the owners of said console are now peasantry? We won't even talk about the technical position the OG Xbox One will be in by that point...
The PS4 was special and could be bragged on because it was faster. It had the better hardware. The PS4 Pro was impressive b...
Sounds good to me, honestly. I've loved the Planet of the Apes reboot so far. Been years in the making but they've done a damn good job of keeping the series well grounded and well made.
So yeah, a game that's more emotional, more dramatic and story based...I'm good with that!
I mean, I get what he's saying. Everyone bashes EA for trying to make money when that's the whole point of a business. He's saying that everyone acts like as if they were some big massive publisher that they'd do everything perfectly.
As to his Nintendo comment I don't see the issue there either. Nintendo, since the Wii, has been charging equal or maybe slight less (or more depending) that other competing consoles with half or less the specs. You think ...
I think the whole thing is, quite frankly, stupid.
We know they're Nazi's. We've been killing virtual Nazi's with the Swastika symbol all over the place for decades now.
Why is this an issue now? I mean, really, this has got to be one of the most pussy things I've ever seen from the gaming industry. We're not going to have freaking Swastika's in a game about Nazi's...wtf...
Wait...considering that America...
The only problem I have with this is that I'm a Oculus and PC owner and know that I most likely will never see ZoE VR on my system... :-(
“No Game Buy”
Who says this? I've never seen this and I was here for all the NMS drama. Beginning an article with some made up shit is never a good start...
