One point no one has thought of: Yes, Microsoft has a system in place to help developers get money back from used games...but what if not enough people use this system? What if people slow the number of games they resell or trade in this next generation. Then what?

And before you think I'm a CoD player, I put almost 500 hours into Bf3.
Dedicated servers and offloading AI to the "cloud" are two separate things.
I'm leaning towards ps4 for next gen, but no need to pile on what is already piled on.
Tiny correction. It's up to the individual publisher if their free to play game is behind the PS plus paywall. But Sony is Planetside 2's publisher and that will be free.
So, $399 gets you a system and a great free game if you don't have or immediately sign up for PS plus.

@exfatal: I would counter argue that Wario games have had the same implementations in handheld versions. What I'm getting at is all these other developers are coming up with cool ways to use a tablet, but Nintendo doesn't seem to have many new ideas.

Nintendo showed great games. Their only failure? Many other games coming on other platforms showed great supplementary use for tablets. But the company who's system comes with a tablet? Not so great.
