I love when people who comment don't read the article or listen to the podcast they're commenting on.
NBA Live has A LOT to prove if it wants to get mindshare back from 2K.
Until you realize it's not from the game. **Shivers**
Amazing second screen implementation.
And we all remember how well that movie turned out.
There is no way to have a fruitful discussion without the trolls interfering.
You are funny and delusional, sir!
Maybe I should become a super hero...
@KingKelloggTheWH: The only experience I've had with Nintendo was calling their gametips hotline as a kid.
As I've responded to Godmars: Games cost a lot more to make and market than they did in the ps1 and ps2 era. That is why you don't see as many new IP.

The reason why publishers are wary of trying anything new or different is because of the rising costs of making/marketing a game.
If you look at it, the Playstation 1 had all kinds of wacky, niche games, the Playstation 2 still had them, but not as many as the ps1, and the ps3 has even less.
Hopefully indie devs fill that gap.
Jet Moto? Jumping Flash? Suikoden?

@KingKellogTheWH:Yup. It's why I don't tie my credit card to my console. I've heard it takes a lot of hoop jumping to fix something like that.
However, when my first machine red ringed, whoever I got on the line was really friendly and professional.
I should remember this. Might be a trivial pursuit question in the future.
Wasn't this announced already?
Another person who didn't read the article. There is NOTHING pro-this or that in the article. It's just a discussion on policy.
