Totally agree. If you've played KH-BBS and KH-2.8 you know magic can be more of a tactic in ARPG. In BBS situational magic(frog, sleep, poison) was all arguably more useful than in Turn-based. And 2.8's magic is top-notch.

ARPG systems are harder to produce than turn-based though. Every boss battle will need a different tactic for example, requiring far different algorithms. I'm thinking this game will be late 2018 and will continue on into PS5's lifecycle(still working on PS4 though) from 2019-2020 perhaps.
The Dissidia team being on it is good news. Between them working with the KH team that can only mean this ARPG system will be top-notch.

If it were the Tegra X2, I might have bit. The Joycons seem worthless to me as they should have been attached to the console, no NFC gimmicks, accelerometer, or gyroscopic gimmicks. Throw that into graphics, as well as consolidating the battery into one instead of 3 separate batteries.

Seriously? Xbox's lineup looks like a snore. We'll end up getting Halo 6 which will be the only worthwhile exclusive on XB1/Scorpio. Oh yeah, Crackdown. 2 exclusives, you got me. And they're both sequels we've played a ton of last-gen. 4 Halos, 2 Crackdowns, 4 Gears last-gen. I'm kind of worn out of that and that's why I'm on PS4-Pro now.
I'm liking how much extra detail Midgar has now. I think the Shinra Tower should get a slight update as well though.
Weird, the entire time I was like this game just makes me want to be a solo player like Kirito lmao. The comedy seemed forced and the game seems like a chore and snore. I have nothing against multiplayer games but this legit just looks like suck. Xbox Zero.

Seriously? More cohesive? FFVII is as straightforward and cohesive as it gets! If you really deconstruct Star Wars the plot is not that thick. If anything I'd like less to be explained in turn for more foreshadowing to newcomers.

KH2.8 has like 3 hours of good gameplay, 5-7 if you play on Critical Mode. KH3D doesn't count because it sucks.
People are done with that game. They could have dropped some nuggets on KH3 and FFVIIR...
