$500 would be JUST barely acceptable for a superpowered console for me, but X1X doesn't have the games I want. If PS4-Pro was 6TFLOPS/12GB I would have dished out the money for it. Not sure how others feel about it but that's where I stand.

@Gunstar they more than doubled PS4's power at the same price when jumping from 28nm to 14nm. Why wouldn't the same happen with 14nm to 7nm? I could see a modest increase, like $439- 449 at launch, simply because of RAM and the investment in Ryzen/Vega, but I doubt it will be $499 come 2020. Infact most of the reason XB1X is costs $499 is vapor cooling is $70 on it's own. MS really wanted to push it with Scorpio, but come 2020 this tech will be normal, not bleeding edge.

Eh, the only thing that would have gotten me to buy X1X is
1- Lost Odyssey in 4K(still haven't finished this one)
2- Scalebound but without the douche main character and dubstep
3- New Mistwalker game
MS might, might get LO in 4K but I can't justify it otherwise. The other two aren't coming so I could care less.
Golden Sun would be epic with its anime style and great art direction that might actually look good on underpowered hardware.

No, I'm a PS4 supporter. Good value in graphics and games. Nice, practical console, they didn't make it cost as much as the others but have half or even less of the power, and that's exactly how I see Switch, it's worth $149 in my opinion. Not buying an Xbone X unless there are some good games that come out for it.
