What? This still isn't fixed. Are you paying attention?
oh god
Yeah I'd play MCC and Halo 5, but there's nothing else really. Ashen maybe. Gears 4 easily looks like the worst one, even worst than Judgement. Not Anthem either, it's gonna be lootbox heaven. Lastly if Lost Odyssey gets that 4K update then sure, I'd play that as I never finished it. But I can't justify this for 3 games, especially when I've played Halo already for a decade.
YES!
They need to remember that Fantasy is at the core of FF. I think even Nomura knew that when he made FFvXIII and said it was a "Fantasy based on Reality" but Tabata took his words a little differently.
IPhone X is an incredibly hard sell to 95% of the population. Most people won't even consider it.
I'll buy it in 6 months, used, only if they get rid of the stupid card system.
What did they do about the lootboxes? I saw they did something but I'm not grasping it entirely, is it still basically pay to win or not?
No way. Their engine work shows Sonic could be at its apex from now on if they put the effort into level design, making a compelling story, and length of game.
The main issue is they made Forces into a game that's meant to be played as more of a side-game, levels are around 3 minutes long and some are really simple and I almost feel they made it that way on purpose. I think if they do one in the vein of Generations and Adventure on this engine it's going to be gol...
Yeah but wouldn't 4K60 require 14-16 TFLOPS then? I'm thinking most 60fps games nex-gen are going to have a lower resolution. We might get up to 1800p/CB/60/HDR, but we're not getting 4K60HDR on most games.
It shows the potential is there for another game on the scale for Generations and Adventure, but was made as more of a side-game to play every once in a while.
I'm hoping they take the criticism to heart and create the next great Sonic, because that engine's quality is near perfect. Also I get that they're all cute animals, but they didn't need to make the plot as cheesy as they did.
The game isn't having issues on my Pro, now you're just making shit up. The game is horrid on Switch and you know it. Fanboys will go to any length to defend a shit product, even putting down flawless performance on another system. Get real.
And Pro support is far, far less work than what is required for Switch. Rebuilding KH3 for Switch is taking away from PS4 support, which will sell the most and was the system it was first announced on. That's not common...
Neonridr
As if Square-Enix doesn't make enough money. Shouldn't the bottom line be quality? Or are you just too much of a fanboy to admit otherwise? Sounds like you'd support pay-to-win over a quality game with your backwards mindset. Makes them money, right?
Please no, just put the effort towards Pro support. Look at how bad Sonic Forces turned out on Switch when it looks like a dream on other consoles.
I would have been all over this. Imagining Final Fantasy VII Remake on 12GB RAM in 4K(or near it) *drools*
I have a Pro so I'll take whatever resolution I get, but forreal I hope some games get updated texture packs when PS5 comes out. If it's backwards compatible and I can just upgrade the assets/settings for the "Remastered" version for $10-15 instead of paying $40-60 I'd be happy as hell.
Still though, I don't see any One X ...
Also they could get rid of the mid-gen update if they make it more powerful out the gate. Instead, all they would have to release is the cheaper slim model mid-gen.
I think it could be like $429-449 or something. Considering PS4 to PS4-Pro was $399 and doubled the GPU power from the 14nm node, I feel the same will happen with PS5 from 14nm to 7nm. So that's $399, but we also have to take into account the extra 8GB of RAM and a larger HDD because of 4K, as well as whatever extra AMD wants to charge from Ryzen.
I don't think it will be $499 like XB1X though, the only reason it was that expensive was because of vapor cooling bei...
Because sometimes you can see the difference at default, but want to see how pronounced or conversely subtle the effect is by zooming in.
I can tell that One X is slightly better, but I have no intentions on buying one for this game.
It definitely looks crisper from the resolution update but I thought they were going to do a texture update as well.
Are you mental? I said most won't buy a phone for $1000.
Of course we can afford $1000 for certain things. But would you pay $1000 for a cheeseburger? No, because you don't think it's worth that much.
Likewise, most would rather spend $100-200 on a phone than buy an iPhone X because most don't think it's worth it. You may think iPhone X will be the majority, but you're just plain wrong there.
It's still not even fixed, and the message it sends is we're not buying your crap until you make a quality game from the start. Childish mentality is buying into the nonsense.
