Tv cable boxes are being replaced by internet streaming services. In Sweden for example every singe channel has its own streaming service, I never look at live television.
Not only that. Live TV is seriously outdated in Europe. The future is streaming content on demand. So why the hell did Microsoft focus so much on a dying medium? PS4 can do EVERYTHING the Xbox can, except the Live Tv interaction.. Which if not already dead at least is dying... The X1 GPU is 33% less powerful than the PS4 GPU
Look at it like this:
X1 = 100 (50/50)
PS4 = 150 (50/50/50)
PS4 is 50% better and X1 is 33% or 1/3 worse. It's called percentage and anyone who know some basic maths would know this. So both is right, you should however always start from the smaller number. So PS4 is 50% better.

Powerful doesn't mean complicated. The architecture in the PS4 is very simple and cheap to manufacture with barely any R&D costs to cover. The Xbox will retail at the same price point as the PS4, difference is that the money you spend on the xbox is cause of Kinect, while the money you spend on PS is towards better hardware.

Specifically RAM wasn't the issue, I just mentioned it to light up the obvious lack of hardware information. (And RAM does matter depending on what you want to do with it)
You don't learn "tendencies" from looking at the gamer through a camera. You do it by using an algorithm that analyse what you're doing with the consoles (apps used, games played, amount of time played etc)
I do agree though, Sony need to continue with their consumer friendly approach (which they said was one of the core focuses with the PS4)
