That's a stupid argument. It could've just as easily been XBL being hacked. And we wouldn't ever have gotten an apology from MS like we did from Sony.

I have never read anything about MS having full dedicated server support, where are you all getting this?

Second, we don't know whether Sony will utilize this or not, my guess is that neither will to its fullest extent.

Third, the cloud is bullshit - it's just servers, I can put up my own cloud if I wish, don't think that to be an edge to MS (especially not since Sony got the damn same thing)

And people really need to stop declaring...

Well it's hardly an edge if everyone got it, now is it?

4591d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

It's called multi-tasking and PS4 got it too. How the hell does people use that as an argument?

Yep you would

Anyone believing the X1 will ever ship without Kinect is delusional. The Kinect is an intricate part of the whole platform, it makes or break the whole design. How the heck was this even approved?

4593d ago 5 agree4 disagreeView comment

Actually there are talks about the X1 having yield problems and therefore can't supply too many X1s till launch - The yield problems are supposedly due to the eSRAM on the X1 die making it larger and more prone to malfunction.

I wouldn't be too worried. The games are nowhere near a finished builds. Think of it like when a GPU manufacturer releases a new set of drivers that improves performance of a game with 30% (This happens constantly)

PS4 hardware is inherently more powerful than the X1, there's no excuses while that power couldn't be used to the fullest with it being an x86 architecture

Hehe Microsoft started transforming into one a bit early then no?

4594d ago 22 agree1 disagreeView comment

In all honesty. The price was always the biggest factor for the casual market. PS4 will (now when the boxes are so similar) move substantially more numbers just cause the price difference alone.

4594d ago 12 agree1 disagreeView comment

For crying out loud! NO. Cliffy B (stupid nickname) don't know jack shit. There's already been studies about this which came to the conclusion that blocking used games would lead to lessen income not increased UNLESS the price of games was lowered by 33%.

And honestly, if developers can't live cause of this then good, let them die. They don't deserve to exists if they don't created content which people are willing to pay full price for. That is how a marke...

"Enhanced" lawl. Makes me think of the past years MS E3 conferences "BETTER WITH KINECT" what a crock of shit!

Haha yeah that honestly made no fking sense!

Very good! I agree - any apologist should take a serious look at themselves. +bubble for you.

I'm never touching the Xbox One - They've shown their face, now they're just hiding it when we didn't like what we saw, still the same corporation in there.

I actually got to agree with this. It is of course great that Microsoft removed (most) of these ridiculous anti-consumer "features" but don't forget they did it solely for money. I wouldn't be surprised if they introduced it in smaller bits through the life of the X1. Microsoft clearly doesn't view the consumer with any ounce of respect and only backtracked due to them realizing they would loose money. Just look at all the interviews, and statements and what not - They d...

I actually wonder how this even can be? They put in a system to restrict the sales of used games yet they promote a feature which will cut game purchases when only 1 in 10 need to buy a new game. If I were a publisher this would concern me a hell of a lot more than the ability to freely trade in games (which only makes up about 1-2% of the business). <- This makes no sense, So I wouldn't believe MS in how freely this feature can be used.

PS4 do support day one digital from its whole library. Video chat is also in place, even while playing games and streaming - Also streaming the camera and audio from the Eye and headset. Multitasking is not hard to do, the PS4 will excel in that - I'm sure the Xbox will too. The only thing Xbox One has on the Ps4 is live tv... Which hardly anyone progressive watches today. It's so ironic that MS calls the X1 a console of the future yet they failed to see that l...

"Even better, it believes that the PS4′s graphics RAM will run hotter, besides not being as optimized as the Xbox One. Thus leading to both being evenly matched or, believe it or not, the Xbox One performing ahead."

^This is probably the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my entire life and the stupidest PR bollocks to ever come out of a man (well except "the infinite power of the cloud")

So hot RAM (You've heard of this? Like there ...
