That doesn't make it acceptable. What ever Sony will put in it won't be like the X1 since they've already confirmed that the PS4 won't need an internet connection. This fact makes a lot of the restrictions on the xbox null and void for the PS4.
Surprisingly this article brings up a lot of concerns of the consumer (gamers specifically) which just makes gaming related websites into jokes with their apologists approach to this terrible direction Microsoft are taking their console, it's pathetic really (the gaming sites).

Sony never said anything they later retracted nor had different answers on the same question. If Microsoft didn't wanted to talk about it they just should've said so, like Sony did. It's not looking good. and even though Microsoft said E3 will be all about the games I seriously doubt it will all be about the gamer - I'm pretty sure there will be lots of less than stellar showings of Kinect.

With Elder Scrolls I'm mainly referring to Morrowind to be honest, it created quite the 'epic' series though. SMB you can't touch it single handedly saved the video game industry so yeah - and they are really great games. For someone who doesn't want to be in the spotlight that much he sure puts himself in those situations. He's loving the attention. I'm not saying all of it is irrelevant but he's hardly a Kojima or Miyamoto (or yes, not even a Todd Howard)
And how do any of those compare to: Super Mario, Metal Gear Solid, The Elder Scrolls.. Yeah it doesn't, he's no legend that's for sure. I think he gets way too much space for what he actually has accomplished, he seems to be quite full of himself as well.
They're being pissy about them loosing the business to AMD. I've always had AMD/ATI cards and they've always been serving me very well, the one time I bought an nvidia all I got was screen tearing and tears. AMD got the best price/performance ratio by far. And it's a lie that they don't make quality cards. AMD (ATI) has hold the performance crown many many times the last decade.

Can't believe this got to be news though. It's typical webhallen, they always put up stuff like this. For the Wii U they got "Zelda HD", "Metroid HD" etc etc even though none of those games have been announced. They're just place holders. About the price though; In Sweden we tend to pay at least 200$ more for our consoles than you do in the US.

I think Sonys obvious focus on great first party titles through all generations kinda speaks for itself. You all talk like Sony wont have any multimedia functions? It'll have it all, however we're at a point where we already expect this from any device we buy, no need to push that cause our main concern are games. That's where microsoft did wrong, it tried to push media as being something exciting and completely forgot the games. Stop trying to defend Microsoft, the Xbone is a cat...

I know lots of people who played video games their whole life and visits dedicated websites to read up on their hobby that still have no idea about what limitations the Xbox One might present us. Haha please. It's called calling them as you see them. As for now Microsoft has shown to be extremely anti-consumer - Whether Sony fairs any better or not is up for show- Believe me, I hope they call out Sony as much as they do Microsoft.
