I doubt they would be able to annualize this game, but suspect Respawn would just iterate on it, by adding more modes and maps for a long time.
Even when CoD was annualized it required two teams and massive re-use of mature technology deep into the console cycle.
Remember how everyone said because this game is published by EA, it will go multiplatform onto PS4?
Ironically, it turns out EA is the reason why Titanfalls is exclusive!
Epic Games was also a multplatform developer, but all these years, Gears of War was and still is exclusive.
Hoping MS SmartMartch on Xbox One will put these guys together so us others can enjoy a fun experience!
Frankly I'm disappointed in both of them. I was expecting to see less pixelation and defects, but instead what I got served isn't impressive.
I hope the game is a lot better than the previous rendition. BF3 had terrible campaign.
I don't think the ReviewTechUSA video was meant to be taken serious. It was making fun of "anonymous" sources, so I'm confused why everyone is taking it as truth!
I agree that if people have "secret" sources that are "anonymous" and isn't trustworthy shouldn't be posted. Frankly anyone can post that sh!t and anyone can guess and get it right every now and then. Anyone can take a little truth, add a dash of embellishment then add a...
@outside:
Racing games is best *experienced* at 60fps unless it is an arcade racer.
If you wanted top of the line graphics PC is it.
The privacy sharing is related to external app and accounts you create on it. MS is nice enough to detail this unlike their competitors.
What is ironic is the information MS shares is the same information Sony lost of all their members during the PSN break, and then some extra data.
Good?
Why is this game still 30fps?
It was supposed to be release in 3 weeks, but got delayed.
Well, what do you expect?
MS and Sony are all running pre-final software and most likely months old code, because nobody has time to update these demo machines. The OS loaded onto it is likely just a small portion of it to run mainly the game and probably lacks all sorts of things independent.
What is more interresting is, if supposed "journalists" keep focusing on the wrongs, console manufacturers and video game developers will start clamping down ...
@Hicken:
How you have three is beyond me_
I actually play a lot of online games. Probably more now than ever, but it doesn't mean I want my single player experience to be like an online laggy one, when it doesn't have to.
Online multiplayer is inherently laggy, because there is no real way around it, but why introduce lagginess when one can easily avoid it at a lower cost to everyone?
You mean like how Sony had a program where anyone with a $100 could publish their game on a console, with free tools and developer support?
Oh wait, that was MS with XNA and Indie Channel.
Sony wanted to charge you thousands of dollars for a dev kit, and it had to be approved by Sony before you got your PS3 dev kit!
Fast forward, PS4, nothing has changed! Same old requirements.
Fast forward, Xbox One, nothing has changed it s...
Why are you getting the PS Eye for?
You said yourself you would get Xbox One without a Kinect. So clearly you really don't want a camera.
http://n4g.com/news/1363265...
The Kinect One can do more, is integrated into every Xbox One sold so will get far better support and MS has demonstrated far more uses with it, than the PS Eye.
I think it is this one:

Why is Yoshida responding to what is obviously just trying to make fun?
It's beneath you Yoshida, or did you just lower yourself to it?
Thought 1080p on CoD:Ghost on Wii U was pretty funny!
When you want that smooth 60fps game, passing input data across the internet isn't going to work so well. It will essentially at best diminish your game into an online multiplayer type experience.
So Sony better damn well have those servers close to you, but I don't understand why I would want Gakai. Why wouldn't I just get a PS3 to play PS3 games and get a PS4 to play PS4 games.
Why bother with potentially laggy experience and compressed artifac...
I personally think KZ, Shadowfall looks damn good1
It is just a shame it lacks real dedicated servers for multiplayer, and you have to settle for P2P. There is nothing worse than lag!
Every year I hear about how CoD sucks, how people are going to boycott it, but every year, people buy it.
Reminds me of:
http://i67.photobucket.com/...
I have bought CoD every year since CoD4: MW and probably will cave in and buy Ghost too. CoD always has awesome campaigns and co-op!
You can fight it by having dedicated servers close to everyone like MS Cloud.
You can never eliminate latency, nor can you control when it happens, but you certainly can reduce it, and overall improve the performance.
@ABizzel1:
Higher bandwidth doesn't solve the latency issue.
The route a data packet travels through the internet isn't given so increased bandwidth does not solve the problem.
This article is so full of win of why numbers don't tell the entire story.
Keyword always has and always will be about balance between every moving part!
Highly recommended read, preferably with an open mind! =D
I get tired of having to see Blowfish articles again. It seems Blowfish is good at annoying me.
