In a real racing event, I do think the sponsors you would race for would expect to win or at least get a place.

There is a possibility that PUBG will come to the PS4 but for now, Fortnite (the base Battle Royal game is free) is doing really well.

The problem for the PUBG game is that other developers are coming out with Battle Royal add-ons to existing games (eg. Grand Theft Auto V - Smuggler's Run) as well as new games (eg. Fortnite - out now and others coming) and unless PUBG comes to the PS4 soon then it will be just one of many Battle Royal games.

I play games that I like and I don't care which country or nationally made them.

Nice and you can pretty much plug any HDMI compatible device but so far I can't find a price.

You can buy a battery operated projector for your PS4 or XB1 now which effectively means the PS4/PS4pro and XB1s/XB1x which are small and fairly portable can be used for gaming when you get there. Actually, if you wish to game when you get there with the PS4 or XB1 you probably don't need a battery operated projector if mains power is available. 3141d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

It depends on how you play the games.

Bloodborne is a faster-paced game than the Dark Souls series since you don't have armour although can get a joke of a shield. Still, if you only equip light armour in the Dark Souls series you can move fairly fast but unlike Bloodborne, you won't get a portion of your health back if you strike back after being hit.

Using a gun or arcane (nothing like the DS magic) is a means of parrying or reposting so you can...

I think I died about ten times but on the second run through I killed the first boss without dying once which granted me access to the first locked gate (to the left of the fountain near where you start) where a mini-boss (??) hammered me. 😎

After defeating the first boss I got creamed by the dragon on the causeway (get your timing right and "run"). Fun times. 😊

That is always a problem. You get a good game and you play it to death trying not to finish the game because you don't want it to end.

Of course, PC hardware gets better and better especially f you have a desktop where you can change pretty much everything. It is a different story for laptops where you may be lucky to change the memory and the storage although with more expensive laptops (eg. Alienware) you can change the motherboard, CPU and GPU, however, you are going to pay for that feature.

Actually, it is getting to the stage where it is almost impossible to upgrade or even repair some laptops.

I had a nostalgia play of Demons Souls a few weeks ago and I was surprised that the servers were still up. Still, the game is great fun to play especially after you 'git gud' 😉. Of course, if you do die you have only yourself to blame so you have to 'git bttr' 😎.

@pyroxxx

I have a PS4 and DS2 scholar of the first sin plays at 1080p 60 fps and that is a joy to play.

Yes, there are always nice legalistic words used to justify what is in effect gambling with real money. The problem is you are also exposing children to this type of gambling and you would have to be living under a rock not to realize this.

Do you honestly think that developers/publishers of games that have "loot box" gambling don't know that some children will get their hands on those games even if they are adult rated?

The definition of gambling is as follows: http://www.dictionary.com/b...

1. to play at any game of chance for money or other stakes.
2. to stake or risk money, or anything of value, on the outcome of something involving chance:

In the case of "loot boxes" you aren't gambling for money but for other stakes hence "loot boxes" are a form of gambling. ...

So far there are about 1626 games for the PS4 with 414 being console exclusive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wi...

So far there are 1363 games for the XB1 with 157 being console exclusive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wi...

I would not go as far as saying "The XB1 has no games" but the...

True, but if a game is sold via distributors like Steam, GoG or even bricks and mortar stores Microsoft does not get a royalty unless they have a hand in the development, distribution or through their Windows Store.

It is totally different for software developed for Apple (iOS) or Android (Linux Kernel) where a developer has to pay Apple or Google respectively.

Note: Android is fairly open and it is possible to jailbreak or load software from non-approved...

Normally you should be looking at the performance of your storage device if you are interested in loading times.

If you want the best loading performance you require a solid-state storage device which in the case of PC's is called an SSD or Solid State Disk which is a bit of a misnomer since an SSD does not have a spinning platter which is the case for a hard disk drive (HDD).

SSD's normally have read/load speed of 500MB/sec (480MB/sec writes) and...

Basically, all games made for the XB1x must run on the XB1 and XB1s so in effect there are no unique games exclusive or otherwise being made for the XB1x.

Wow how to prove your point with two links that are dated March 10, 2011 and February 12, 2013 when the original XBox1 was released on November 22, 2013.

I will concede that the Kinect for the XBox360 was an acceptable success with 108 games made for it https://en.wikipedia.org/wi... but the Kinect 2 for the XB1 was effectively a failure since there are only about 21 games for ...

>> I also think that the headsets MS is developing will have potential to be compatible with the Xbox...at least with the X

Making a VR/AR headset that works on the XB1x without working on the XB1 and XB1s would be a great way of annoying over 30 million XBox users.
