Yes the layout has changed.
Personally it does not take me long to adapt to something new. The new layout is more in-line with what other sites do although personally I rather liked the bubble system which was IMHO quite unique.
Back on topic:
I am not sure why people would be worried about digital download availability. The only time you would have an issue is if the servers went down or you as the purchaser did not have the funds.

You first see Patches in Demon's Souls and you can purchase some quite good stuff off him for a price although he does have some quite expensive rubbish as well.
In Dark Souls you can actually meet patches in the catacombs although sometimes he's not there. I never worked out the conditions of meeting him. Like the Patches in Demon's Souls he won't fight you unless you attack him but he can play some quite nasty tricks on you if you aren't paying attenti...
In Demon's Souls and Dark Souls you could not get invaded in a boss fight in fact if you were invaded prior to entering a boss fight you could still enter the fight and effectively the invader would be booted off.
Since I have little if any interest in 4K BluRay movies or even 1080p BluRay movies I have no interest in the so called promotion. Anyway I don't have a 4K TV and don't mind a 2 to 3 year wait for an 8K TV.
Simple answer No!
Anyway I don't know the specifications of the so called PS4K in addition I don't have a 4K TV and have no intention of buying one when I have a very good 55" 200Hz 3D HDTV. Also 8K is out this year and when I am ready to buy a new TV I will opt for one of those instead of a low res 4K TV. 😉
I could be wrong here but I think there was a shortcut in the game which I found though accident and I actually finished the game without meaning to.
Actually Wizards and Warriors III was tough but it wasn't that difficult to complete. Now W&W 1 and 2 oh my ... walks away mumbling.
Look at the following URL for more information on HDMI:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wi...
About half way though the article you will see a table which explains everything in a nutshell.
I have been trying to get that across for a couple of weeks now, people still think that the PS4K will play 4K games or a the very least have a more powerful cpu and/or GPU.
The UHD 3 layer BluRay spec was only released just on a year ago and it is only now that this players are hitting the market, so it would make good business sense for Sony to incorporate a 3 layer BluRay player and a HDMI 2.0 or 2.1 socket since the overall costs to make the change would be minimal and yo...
@Potato_spencer
Actually 5/10 is the "average" or "mean" if you add all numbers from 0 though to 10 and divide by 11.
What I have described is the simple mathematical meaning for the word "average" and "mean" that is to say "add all numbers and divide by how many numbers there are".
Note "0" is counted as a number.
Look it up if you don't believe me.

I was tempted with "The Division" which is a cross platform game and has RPG elements in it. Not only did Joe give it an average rating but other reviews that I also looked at also gave it an average rating as well.
No it was the other way around. His character was the one getting shot at.
Joe's scoring is as follows:
1 - Terrible - don't buy
2 - Bad but at least not terrible
3 - Poor
4 - Below average
5 - Average
6 - Above average
7 - Good
8 - Pretty good - worth getting
9 - Excellent - must buy
10 - Excellent and a definite must buy (not perfect though)
Joe's "Bad Ass Seal of Approval" - only given to excellent games
He does have ano...
Ah! you must have watched his three reviews on the XB1 when it was first revealed with the third review when Microsoft reversed most of it's DRM.
Basically up until the XB1 reveal Joe would have been an XBox360 fanboy and he was upfront on that, although he did do PC game reviews as well.
As far as exclusives go he was IMHO fair with his reviews panning the PS4 exclusive game "The Order" and giving praise were praise is due.
Wat...
May I ask what do you mean he never played the game right?
I have seen his review on the Division as well which is a cross platform game so no fanboyism there and he gave it a 5/10 which on Joe's scale is an average game.
I have also watched other reviews on the Division as well and it really did come across as an average game. Liking or disliking any game is subjective and it all boils down to player preference.
Having said that I will n...
@NIX
Actually there is a YouTube video of Joe playing Bloodborne.
He did not do all that bad for a first run through although like a allot of new players he tried to hack and slash in the first area which is full of relatively easy enemy who can outflank and kill you fairly quickly if you loose concentration or get impatient for a few seconds.
In Bloodborne as with the Souls games you have to be careful, know what weapons you have and the cor...
Oh you mean Scalebound. 😉
Well I am a so called western person and I don't have a problem with JRPG's or RPG's in general and don't mind turn-based, active turn-based as well as action providing they are done well (again subjective) although I can be fairly picky in that genres.
Personally I have no real interest in shooters such as FPS's although I have no issue with Action/Adventure but again I can be fairly picky in what I want to play in that genres.
Currently ...
That's subjective and it really depends on what you like in JRPG's.
For instance I do have a collection of over 20 PS2 JRPG's out of 60 PS2 games and I do replay them on occasion for nostalgia sake.
The problem with PS1 and PS2 games is they were made for standard definition TV's and are not that great graphics wise when displayed on a large screen HDTV. PS1 games being the worst. Of course the game-play has not changed and they are still wort...
Not sure where the article get 35 Million from. Last time I looked there are about 40 million PS4's.
Basically this is another article based on rumour.
When Sony officially release the specs of the PS4K (or PS4.5) then I will believe it, until then all rumours should be take with a grain of salt.and it is not a good idea to have too much salt in your diet. 😉
