Every sale has a gimmick I don't think its necessary for the nextbox/ps4 but to reach the masses they will more than likely want to separate themselves from the competition

No its not concerning because it will have games people want to play. You can talk power all you want but to me the name of the game is still entertainment and if it has a super gpu or a weak one if it entertains me it did it's job. But to each his own
The US commercials were marketed waaaay differently than the UK or Japan's as I expected. But I didnt think they would do this poor of a job of fully explaining the wii u but hey its a 60 second spot so I shouldn't be expecting much anyway.
Good. It doesn't need one to be honest. It isn't like Nintendo to be a spitting image of the competition so they do things differently. They have an accomplishment system but its not unified its only game specific which has its advantages over a more unified system. as I said to each his own. I know plenty of people interested in the wii u, you don't. None of that affects how I feel about the system tho. I couldn't care less how others feel about it be it positively or negatively. I'm a consumer I don't hold stocks so as long as I get my system that's all that matters to me.

If playing in 720p native hinders your enjoyment of a videogame I don't know what to tell you bro. The name of the game is still entertainment and graphics play a role in that but it isn't going to break the experience entirely.

Who cares. If your getting caught up in all that and nitpicking then your missing the essense of playing videogames. When you first picked up a controller I highly doubt you were dissecting the system, game and graphical parity.
The question should be: do you see yourself having fun and being entertained by games on the Wii U? If you don't then hey you just don't but if graphics are your only case for an argument then that is pretty weak man.

This simple mindedness is pretty funny. Look, a game doesn't have to be "mature" to be good. You may be only interested in those kinda games but that doesn't mean others wont like a "less mature" game. Gaming isn't about proving your maturity or manhood thru what games you play anyway, its about being entertained and whatever that game is (be it rated E-M) if its what floats your boat then that's all that matters.
