This looks cool.
Great in depth article. This guy has worked at so many industry leading places right when they were taking off. Fascinating to read of his work experience especially with the Xbox..
Looking forward to what they have come up with. I enjoyed Gears 4 which I thought was beautiful and fun but safe so hope they take a few risks. From reading the article I am super happy for one small change - moving the chainsaw from the B button to the right bumper. It was so annoying having to hold down B and lose control of the right stick while you did it.
Take advantage of everything out there, if it works for use buy it if it doesn't don't. End of story, I don't see options going away any time soon, these corporations only follow our wallet, we have the power they don't.
They do that already by cutting the show into small clips about specific things and releasing them seperately. You can either watch the entire show or just watch things you are interested in - best of both worlds
Pokemon Sword/Shield is second for what people were most excited about this E3? Yikes!
That's fine as long as it is enjoyable. I don't think the Witcher series set the world on fire either but there was some fun to be had in those games.
He talked about Minecraft being on Playstation an ip that has always been on Playstation - that is all.
It also hints at a whole lot of baseless conjecture.
Colin Moriarty is known as one of the most unbiased non partisan gaming journalist out there so I'm sure his info is legit (S)
John's reply was classic. It's rare to hear someone in the gaming industry voice what we are all thinking.
Super looking forward to this game, hope it lives up to the hype.
So many bitter people in this comment thread, get over it guys.
Well it was better than Sony's who couldn't even be arsed turning up.
Same, that end :(
Solid story, ending was very emotional.
Edith Finch really sticks in my memory, so original and emotional. I also enjoyed Ryme for the same reasons even though the gameplay is completely different.
Ryme and Edith Finch - both original and emotional without throwing either in your face. Honourable mention to Plague Innocence.
PS is going to be in 3rd place hardware wise next gen behind PC and Xbox.
I've often thought the same thing about Shadow of The Colossus but if people keep on buying them they'll keep on selling them it seems.
