Buy them when they are on sale. We just shouldn't be surprised anymore by prices hikes and or new games costing more. Simply speak with your wallets if you want these companies to pay attention. That's the only language they understand
I was the biggest BL fan. I played the original solo for so many times. I pre ordered BL2 that loot chest edition and loved it. I bought BL3 on sale and never even touched it's DlC and have very little interest in 4th. For a series that started so strong it's just amazing how much nonsense this series has become with idiot choices
A 5 from ign damn
If I was running Sony why would I not try to have bungie reboot Killzone and have it as their Halo. Honestly I don't know how Sony could justify that 3.6 billion purchase price. Insomniac games at 256 million has been their greatest acquisition in Playstation history for what they have already delivered and what's the pipeline
Don't worry take two is no rush
I just want games to be fun and not geindy and full of micro transactions
Like I said gamers are the biggest issue with gaming. We may united on a issue but as soon as our favorite gaming franchise gets a release we will support it. If there any doubt Mario kart will be one of the best selling games on switch 2?
Things we use to unlock by simply playing a game has not be sold to us as extra content
It really is because NBA 2K is simply unplayable without spending money and you can't even respec for a new my player you are required to spend again
Only thing they want to learn is how to rip off their consumers even more
For over a decade, the price of video games remained steady. We paid $50, then $60 for full, content-rich experiences. Developers found creative ways to deliver incredible games without charging more. From the PS2 era through the PS4/Xbox One, pricing consistency gave players a sense of value and trust.
But then came the jump to $70 during the PS5 and Xbox Series X launches—justified by "rising development costs." And now, barely four years later, we’re seeing $80...
Yes but series s came out in 2020 and will be replaced by a new console as soon as next holiday season where as switch 2 is coming out 5 years later. But since it's Nintendo let's give them a pass for charging premium for most economy experience
Three companies keep showing their true faces and telling us who they are but for some weird reason we refuse to believe them. Even when everything they show just makes their greediness even stands out more
Keep messing with the consumers and keep being greedy. Keep telling your consumers to get comfortable now owning your games and we will. You only have few IP's that gamers care about anyways so
"soon enough tencent will buy you out. They al...
I’ve seen a lot of people projecting that the Switch 2 will sell over 100 million units by 2029. While I understand the optimism—especially considering the original Switch’s success—I think those numbers might be overlooking the current state of the market and how much it’s shifted.
First off, we need to stop using early sellouts or pre-order hype as a reliable indicator of long-term success. Every major console that’s launched in the last 25 years has sold out during its p...

Agreed. If there is a price hike mohkt be $50-75 but most likely will stay the same. We have to take into account three consoles are 5 years old so they aee cheaper to produce now than when they came out in 2020
So with tariffs there may not be any profits/break even
To be honest, I fully expect GTA 6 to face another delay—likely announced around February or March 2026. I can already picture Rockstar releasing a statement along the lines of: "The game is nearly finished, but we need a bit more time to bring it up to our standards." A revised launch in September or October 2026 wouldn’t surprise me at all, positioning it perfectly for the holiday season—while also clearing the field, because no other major publisher would dare to release anything...
With the recent cancellation of Bend Studio’s live-service project, there’s now a real and exciting opportunity for the studio to revisit Days Gone 2. This might be the perfect time for Sony to greenlight the sequel—especially with the PS6 likely on the horizon—because Days Gone already has a strong foundation, a passionate fanbase, and significant untapped potential.
It’s worth remembering that Days Gone was Bend Studio’s first major AAA title developed for a home console....
WB games had a good thing going but after HBO max and discovery took over they just wanted live service games. They want steady steam of revenue. Just like Sony has a good thing going but they keep trying to make live service games and failing
Whatever is developers vision works best. Gaming industry is big enough where we can have multiple genre exist
Toxic
It truly is sad what this company has become. BL went from one of my favorite games to now I don't even care that a 4th is coming out. I will pick it up when 4th one has a complete edition with all the dlc and patches for under $30
I can't believe 2k kept randy in his post even after the acquisition since he is pure negative PR for the studio and it's games. Don't get me wrong randy gave part of the company to long time employees whe...
