So many rumored stated that there wasn't going to be one in 2025

It’s honestly frustrating to see what happened with Dragon Age: Veilguard. This is an established IP—fans knew what they wanted: a true sequel in spirit and tone to Dragon Age: Origins. Instead, Bioware overhauled the identity of the series so much that it barely resembles what made the earlier games great. Characters changing drastically, tone and gameplay shifting too far from the original formula—it just doesn’t land, and frankly, I’d argue Veilguard doesn’t even surpass Dragon Age 2.

You are absolutely correct end of fbe day money talks and so far their remastered/remakes have generated a lot of money

Yes PC is the biggest platform and it has definitely improved as a home console of sort plug and play. It's the only platform with actual freedom for gamers with modding. I was a console gamer for over 38 years and now I only play on Pc. Whether you are buying pre-built or building it yourself it's now easier than ever before to jump in

And my experience with pc gamers has been excellent, they are helpful with any questions on pc boards

This and Scarface are such underrated games

Sadly what you are saying is true too. Gaming has become too big to where now those who have zero interest want to invest in it

For as much as we blame the CEO's we shouldn't be so naive to always guce free pass to high ups in the studios. Concord developers are prime example of that, Sony didn't need to force them they were make dumb decisions as is

You do know when a game makes back it's development costs there are 6 to 7 figure bonuses /royalties

Stop releasing broken games that need 6-12 months of patches/updates and while waiting for those patches/updates if gamers complain we are lecturer by game developers and community managers on how we don't understand how hard development is. First of all we are gamers we don't need to understand we are paying money to play a game and at the very least we expect a working product

Games cost 80 now and in few years will be 90 and within 10 years will be $100. So is it...

I never said GP was growing. It's a good service for those who have signed up

Yet if Sony were to have a complete remake of the bloodborn with launch of PS6 it would a legendary announcement. I really think that's where we are heading to. PS5 had DS remake and IMO BB will have a PS6 remake

First of all you are objectively wrong according to gamer reviews and media reviews. And 2nd of the all GP is an amazing service if you have the time to play and try different games. It would have been a great service when we were in school. It's great for families on a budget since they can pay one price and their kids can play all sorts of games

As far as for hardcore gamers I signed up years ago and my subscription is ending this year, I will ...

I know some people disagree with you simply because of your username and what you have said in the past but here you are absolutely right there is zero doubt that game pass is the best service available especially with the game prices going up

Microsoft owns the most Studios they own the most IP's so they are the biggest publisher in gaming

Sony doesn't have a lot to show that's just the reality

Guerrilla Games is years away from their next game 2027

ND next game at the earliest is 2027

Blue point and Sony bend just cancelled their live service games and won't have anything to simply even show till 2027-2028. They will show their new games at PS6 reveal event

Insomniac games have known games in development

Sucker punch are...

You guys are right I was only speaking once MS made the acquisitions. We can't say if MS hadn't bought it we don't live in a if scenario. They bought them and after the sense they could have done anything they wanted besides the COD franchise

But you guys are right those games need Playstation, pc and Nintendo since Xbox platform just isn't as big

not a must but we all know OLED will follow (not saying it's wrong just part of mid gen refresh)

same i like to pay $25-30 at most and even than closer to $25

i guess i trust MS more than activision and zenimax. IMO their current vision for where their games should be playable is pro consumers (not over looking the fact consumers have refused to buy their hardware compare to playstation and nintendo) games like forza and gears are not 3rd party published games yet even those will be coming to other platforms.

acqusitions happen in all industries let's not act like they did something bad

This is an absolute win for gamers. Never have we seen a company say OK anyone can play our games and they don't need to buy into the ecosystem. It wouldn't be surprising that more and more games launch day and date on playstation. Microsoft are the biggest software gaming publisher by a wide margin, they own so much content and so many legendary IP's.

I know some take this as some sort of victory lap saying Xbox lost or whatever but end of the day MS wants reve...

All Xbox games will come to Playstation, pc and if switch 2 can handle it will be on there too. This is best for gamers. Play the games on the platform of your choice.

Play on Xbox and pc with GP
Play on PS paying full price same for Nintendo

MS get the best of both markets
