I want to understand the story and gameplay. They've done a good job of getting me interested. Now they need to sell me that it will be a great game, from a gameplay and story perspective. This video gives hints of story, but doesn't talk in enough detail to win me over yet.
Maybe you should watch the video then. It answers a lot of questions around S and what developers need to do.
@SPEAKxTHExTRUTH
It goes for XB fans as well. I go in all stories all the time and there are way too many people that are trying to be salespeople for Sony and Microsoft without getting paid (Maybe some are).

None of these make sense either.
I am truly excited for the Demon Souls remake. This will probably be when I purchase a PS5.
But, remakes should not be considered for GOTY. GOTY to me is the best about what is new and innovative, not re-visting a story that has already been told.
@Sgt_Slaughter
Agreed.
But to be fair, if the S is a 1440p console, then Smart Delivery should be delivering a smaller version of the game to the console. Warzone at 200 Gb might be more like 50 gb for S.
To me, storage is a huge problem on all the consoles this coming generation. 1 TB is nothing in gaming.
I am not moving to the next gen until i can get 5+ TB of fast storage on the console.
@rlow1
Smart delivery has nothing to do with phones and tablets. You won't get the best version for phone and tablet. Your will get a streamed game.
What exactly is more appealing about PS5?
The only thing launch will deliver different between PS5 and XB is Spider-man.Miles Morales... Insomniac themselves has likened it to Uncharted Lost Legacy. So, it isn't anything new or innovative. It is a spin-off game based on the existing game engine. They could've delivered it on PS4.
Both will play the most popular cross-platform games, both have a selection of console exclusives, both have announ...
Really good video explaining the system, what it has, and what to expect.
Sony calls the feature cross-buy. So, they have stupid marketing terms as well.
Less marketing would be better for everyone.
Sony has the same feature in many cross-buy titles.
Agreed. PS5 demand already is out pacing what will be available. Sony can afford up to $549 before they really start affecting demand. $599, people will start to double-take on price.
But, Microsoft definitely has gamers that are on a budget probably looking at their $299 system now. I doubt Sony can match that simply by dropping a blu-ray player.
Sony's price is most likely $499 and $449. They might bring digital to $399 but they would be takin...
Microsoft confirmed this today.

X and S are no more confusing then PS5 and PS5 Digital to non-tech people.
If you are not technical, any choices in tech leave you confused.
WTF is PS5 or PS5 digital? Last time I checked all consoles were digital. Digital tells you nothing as a non-tech person. The only difference between PS5 and PS5 digital is the blu-ray player. No non-tech person would understand that simply by the naming.

Seriously?
EA Play is a lot more then just sports games. They have every game they release go to EA Play. All the Star Wars games, PvZ, Battlefield, NFS, and Dragon Age, etc.
You can go and buy games if you want. And it is expensive. But, now I play almost all great games available to XB and only pay my $15 CDN per month. I am not a person that has to save money, but this is just smart financial choice.
I have EA Play and it is not just the sports games. It also includes the regular EA games like PvZ, battlefield, NFS, star wars, titanfalls, and all bioware games.
I haven't bought a EA game in years now, but have played them all.
Yes, there are people creating FUD like yourself.
The reality is that MS has had an X and S version of the consoles for about 3 years now. There is no confusion. X is the high end console with everything, S is a trimmed down console that is still capable but does not have some high end features. There has been rumors pretty much since initial announcement of X, and the rumors also said it was a trimmed down version. There is literally nothing new except the S is cheaper...
How Sony prices their product is irrelevant. 90% of gamers have decided what console they want. Unless the price is ridiculously high everything has already been decided.
I just checked out Metcritic and this game is at 68 on PS4....
I will take a hard pass for now. (And probably forever).
