I am using it with the Windows controller USB add-on.
You have to remember that X1 controllers use WiFi direct and not Bluetooth so most PCs cannot support it out of the box.
Pro: Wifi direct makes the controller, faster and more responsive.
Con: PCs don't usually have Wifi Direct.
I'm not here to convince anyone to buy or not buy it.
But, I did buy the elite bundle simply because I can afford it and wanted the hybrid 1 TB drive thinking the controller was just going to be an over priced, underused accessory.

The original Crackdown was developed by a now bankrupt developer so that could become an issue in the approval of licensing.
I'm not saying it won't happen, but to me, it makes more logical sense to bundle the previous games with the new one so that Crackdown 3 players have the opportunity to play all the Crackdowns.

It is all games with gold going forward from November 12, 2015. Crackdown is not guaranteed yet.

I doubt they will announce Crackdown BC until Crackdown 3 releases. It will be part of the "if you buy Crackdown 3, you get Crackdown 1 and 2 free".
Gone are the days with day one content.
Now day one is a starting price to play a game and to get the real content you have to fork out for DLC.
The interesting thing is that people are talking about 360 as if it is the leader. But sales-wise it was a third place console.
This generation, it is comfortably in second and selling as good or better than 360 in total units yet, but it is seen as a failure.
Just interesting how people's expectations are skewed on circumstance rather than looking at hard numbers.
This year BF sales will be closer. If you remember last year, MS discounted X1 well below PS4's price.
This year, PS4 price was lowered to $299 and XB1 was $299.
Kind of interesting actually. Last year relied on price to sell more, this year they seem to be happy to directly compete. All this from a console that was considered left for dead on release.
I own at least one console from every single generation. BC is nice because it means I don't have to have a 360 to play many of the games.
It is annoying switching between my 14 different consoles in my theatre room. Anytime I can lower the stack I feel great!

Sales for Rise of Tomb Raider will be more like Forza where it doesn't sell big numbers in the first week, but continues to sell solidly over time.
As for Uncharted vs. Tomb Raider anyone comparing the two hasn't played both games. The only similarity these games have is that they are action-adventures. To me, Uncharted is on the action-oriented side, and Tomb Raider is more on the adventure side with its looting, tombs, and crafting/skills/weapon trees.

Consoles have always been more expensive to game on than PC. The reason for choosing to game on consoles has nothing to do with price and everything to do with convenience, ease of use, and ease of configuration.
I have PCs that are more than capable for gaming, but I use them for PC enthusiast stuff not gaming.
What has happened to all the people saying that emulation/BC is a useless feature and nobody wants it because all they do is play new games?
You go through the X1 BC threads and they are riddled with people mocking BC. Now because Sony is doing it, it is good?

People seem to think these publishers are not-for-profit charities.
They, are companies with shareholders that expect a certain financial return on investment.
What do you expect them to do?
X1 is getting Van Helsing... Yet another PC to console port (But at least it is a new port and not something already released)...

And the 360 games which are guaranteed BC on X1 are Sacred 3, Castlestorm, and Operation Flashpoint.

Ask a gaming console vendor what they will focus on next year and they should respond, "Gaming".
I don't mind remasters, but this generation has been ridiculous with them.
First, all consoles should be backwards compatible from day one. I do not like that both the PS4 and X1 started without BC.
Second, definitive editions should be a complete modernization of the game from the ground up. And they should usually be remasters of games from more than the last generation ago as the difference in tech is substantial.

Sony and I had a falling out. They misplaced my credit card info to the wrong people, many of my Sony electronics died only days after warranties were up, and I originally bought my PS3 for The Last Guardian only to NEVER have it ship on the console.
