Exclusives are few and far between now. No matter what platform you are on. And on XB there are no exclusives because all MS games ship on PC as well. There are only XB platform exclusives.
And the XB exclusive content started in June and has been improving ever since... Sea of Thieves Expansion, The Ascent, Flight Simulator, Psychonauts 2 (next gen console exclusive). Then XB is getting Forza Horizon 5...

I bought quite a few games that came with both PS3 and PS4 versions.
I agree with your comment. But, Sony is a company just like any other. Anyone thinking that Sony was somehow special and this is some sort of revelation is just wrong. They are a company and will angle like any company does to maximize their profits from their consumers.

The outrage is because 90% of games that ship on both the current gen and last gen are giving you both versions as part of the regular game cost.
The only two games I know of that did this was Madden and CoD.... EA and Activision. LOL. Good company to keep.
I do like a good remake vs remaster. 90% of remasters are just ports to the current tech. I am all for remakes like Demon's Souls, RE2, RE3, FF VII, Gears of War, etc. Remasters are just a milking exercise. They could've brought Crysis trilogy a lot farther forward with a proper remake.

I do like their commitment to fixing the game on last gen consoles, but, at the same time, they should've just delayed the game a year and scrapped last gen versions.

I thought the same for Gamescom, but they surprised me with the Halo release date and that Forza Horizon 5 demo hyped me more on Forza Horizon 5.
Everwild has been quiet through E3 and Gamescom. Would like to see where that is at. If they showed some good gameplay from it and announced it would ship somewhere around March - May 2022 I would consider that a pretty solid showing.
I would like to see all the Persona games come to XB in much the same way they brought all the Yakuza games.
Yup this game and CoD Cold War was the last straw for day one purchases for me.

I think Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite will have something to say about that.
Love how the king of action-RPGs (Diablo II Resurrected) is totally ignored. Yet Death Stranding, a very polarizing game makes the list.
I have Diablo II right at the top of my September gaming.
Maybe they have a active reload system that if you time your reload properly (like gears of war) it is faster and you get better damage from your reload. And if you time it poorly, it jams.
