Uncharted 2 is clearly among itself. No other game like it. This is the future of video games. Everyone thought Heavy Rain would bring on the next generation of game design, but U2 beat it to the punch. The bar has been set, and game design will never be the same again.
Out with the old, in with the new. The future is now.
As much as it pains me to say, I would have liked to see two player local/offline Co-Op, but I've heard it's impossible because the PS3 can't render the engine twice. Too much GRAPHX! lol I'm not for sure about that obviously, but, I do agree, I'm not for sure that's worth knocking 3% off for.
The wait for this game is becoming excruciating. It's like the only thing I think about now. I'm so excited to play this. From everything I've seen, this game levels the competition. Game of the Century is an understatement.
"Hey guys, we should all give Uncharted 2 an 8 or 9 out of 10 to lower the game's average on N4G. There's no way U2 could be GotY. Vote it down."
Honestly, I'm starting to question if they were given review codes. Especially since most reviews only list multiplayer briefly. Probably because they only sent out the singleplayer code. I think it's about time N4G removes GameReactor scores entirely. All of them. Even their 360 reviews. These sites have 0 credibility.
Metroid Prime Trilogy an 8? lol What's even funnier is that they think it is worse than Halo ODST.
They may have been a bit too tough on Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.
And does anybody know the rating for Professor Layton? When I looked it was blank.
Yeah, it was either than or Mass Effect. Perhaps both, but someone said they would finish the trilogy within one console iteration. My memory's kind of foggy.

Really? Just a 7. I've heard quite the opposite from importers. American critics need to quit beating up the JRPG genre in general just because they like open-ended RPGs more (Elder Scrolls, Fallout, etc). Stop it, seriously. It's getting ridiculous.
So wrong. Just watch Rurouni Kenshin, and that's just one example.

Please dethrone Grand Theft Auto 4. It doesn't deserve to be known as the highest rated game of this generation. I'd rather U2: AT receive that recognition. Not that I care THAT much about reviews, but seeing all these 10's gets me super giddy knowing that such a game CAN exist.

So mods think it's okay to remove the AC review of Halo 3: ODST, but couldn't possibly remove Gamereator's review of U2. lol
This review concerns me. In it they say you can complete the campaign in 10 hours on Heroic (Halo's equivalent of Hard Mode) when taking your sweet time. So I'm guessing Normal is 6-8 hours. In other words, similar to Heavenly Sword and Uncharted. But wait, there's Firefight! ...with no matchmaking. Great. Especially since I'm not on Live yet, and probably won't be until the new year. So, yeah, I guess that means tough luck. Unless the game allows four players offline. That'd be cool.

Glad to see they liked ODST. I'm picking it up next Friday. Better be good. The concept sounded very promising. I'd hate to see this end up like Halo 3.
