What made Drakengard, though, was the setting, plot, and characters, all who were kind of...completly nightmareish and sick (Let's not forget it got worse as the plot moved on, too bad Square Enix censored some of the stuff in the original American release...). That's the Drakengard appeal.
NieR improved upon gameplay, being more simple and average, and the storyline was more of a sad and heartwarming tale than a sick, twisted tale.
Both games, person...
Atlus isn't working on Project Dark, bro. That's From Software, who also developed Demon's Souls for SCEJ. Project Dark is gonna be published by Namco Bandai.
Also, the only game Atlus has in development as far as it goes is Catherine.
But I'm a sucker for Dark medieval Fantasy, so, if the game turns out to be good, then I'll take 20, please.
Also, Atlus JP IS a developer. Atlus NA is only a publisher.
I wouldn't call it "harsh words", but rather the flaws Kinect has.
It wasn't a good game.
Hell, even NieR was more of a memorable experience AND a better game, if you wanna do a comparison.
"Nintendo never games should not be the leader in gaming industry.
It's just for kids."
Now this is where you go wrong.
"Mature" games don't equal "Hardcore" games.
Kirby's Epic Yarn is an enjoyable, fun game. No, it doesn't has tons of blood and gore, but I enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed Vanquish, both games being close to the best experiences I've had this year.
Gun...
If Sony developed said tech oh-so-many-years-ago, then why didn't they release it? Aside from the EyeToy, of course, wich I may add was a failure in my book.
Oh, they're releasing it now because Nintendo was successful with it.
They ARE playing "follow the leader".
Just going by the Fallout's background plot, but if society's supposed to be messed up and all that, where the hell would you get gasoline for the vehicle?
Think about it.
The moment he pulled his gun out I just smiled.
That was just...awesome.
Well that's a nice break from the typical Hammer smash cliche that rules over YouTube!
It's a First Person Shooter with alot of advertisement, of course it would sell well.
After watching the videos, it just seems like, while you can make some awesome stuff, it's still pretty limited to "Hunt high score, Side-Scrolling or something of the sorts, can't have much more bro".
Sure, it's a Beta, but wouldn't they want to test out all the tools available on said Beta?
I just feel the flexibility you may have to make said levels is pretty small.
Perhaps I was just hoping for something super-aw...
The same could be said about IGN review, though.
Uncharted 2 has an optional install? I don't remember if it does, but I don't think so- and the sticker was on one.
Why should they? It's none of their business and they simply don't care about it.
The idea of a multiplatform title is for both games to look pretty much the same, instead of making one look better than the other.
I'm quite sure the effort put on the PS3 version will make it look as good as the 360- or similar, at least, but not "superior", because that would be silly.
I played it, and I didn't felt any kind of emotion. It's just a damn set of petals flying over the screen with the wind.
This is exactly like those hipsters who look too much into everything- to the point a simplistic and stupidly retarded thing is "deep" and a "masterpiece".
Uncharted was all about the dialog, not the Hollywood Cliche plot that was (and is) completly predictable.
I stopped taking IGN reviews seriously when they gave God Hand this same score.
Devil May Cry credit goes for Kamiya, as well.
Poor Kamiya, always in the shadow of Mikami...on a good note, though, his games sell better than Mikami games that ain't Resident Evil.
