Because that'd kill the market for 15$ DLC map packs.
I think more than a few publishers would go pale with the sole idea of map editors.
Yes!
Man, March can't come soon enough.
@Redempteur down there:
Actually, I found the voices in this one to sound pretty average/good. Aoto's voice is just fine, and the only thing that comes as odd is how they say Japanese names in English. But that's not really a big deal.
Aside from other replies, I can only say the following:
While the game has its fair share of bugs and technical issues, as well as some flaws here and there, it's about exactly what'd you wish for an open-world RPG to be.
Been playing as a Mage on the PS3 version, and holy fuck, it's pretty damn great. There's an awesome sense of exploration, the combat's pretty good, and the magic system is simply awesome.
Don't doubt...
Heh, might be too soon to comment about this, but WKC2 and the DS version of Ni No Kuni both have yet to be announced for oversea releases.
"I hope there is more than just moving boxes in gameplay but the story seems compelling."
Well, as far as I've seen, it looks like the game will grow to be more complex as time passes; adding stuff like weapons, enemies, boss fights and traps to the mix.
But yeah, I think that, with the right length at least (As in, what Atlus themselves said the game would last, around 15-20 hours), Catherine would be more than worthy of a buy when it comes ove...
@Istanbull
Oh, here we go with the silly, idiotic "conspiracy" theories.
Come on.
P.S.: Good review scores don't make good games, bro. And it's the same the other way around.
And, by last, in reply to the article's title, no. Half-Life 2 is on a completly different level.
I would've liked the Demo more if it wasn't so easy and you basically weren't a bulletsponge...
Ah, well.
Yes! Artbook, OST? Hell yeah, babe!
After listening the site's Track 3, I can honestly say I'll LOVE this OST.
Yeah, if it costs the same as a home console surely many people will buy it.
Needless to say, I'm being sarcastic.
We don't know about the NGP battery life, either, and if you wanna talk about gimmicks, look at all the shit Sony stuffed on the NGP.
"HURR I WANT GPS ON A FUCKIN' PORTABLE!". The read pad comes to mind, as well.
As for me, I'll probably wait for both to have a decent library and a good price. Seriously.
Heh, that looks like something I'd like to play.
Hopefully I'll be able to pick it up.
A role-playing VIDEOGAME is a game that borrows heavily from the Dungeons and Dragons mechanics and ruleset.
Stuff like character growth, attack dicerolls and other stuff are what make an "RPG" an "RPG".
Jesus christ. The concept isn't so hard to grasp.
Edit: Basically, what Mihael-Keehl said.
Heh, gotta check other's comments before actually commenting...
What if...
...GASP!...
...THEY'RE NOT ANNOUNCING TALES ALONE?!
59 trophies?
Almost all having to do with spending time with mai waifu?
Take my money. All of it.
By the way, j-blaze, they took out the debug mode for the NA version.
So, no easymode this time around, kids.
"hurr durr"
"durr hurr"
"lol duek is better"
That pretty much sums up this article.
Never change, gaming community. With your silly rivalries and autistic behaviors.
That trophy got fixed with a patch in Japan, and all the patchs available there will be already on the disc for the North American release.
So, yes, it's fixed for the NA release.
Same here, I'll try it when it comes out. If my budget allows it, that's it...
If not, then it'll have to wait a few months, sadly.
But it's fun.
No, really, it is. I bet the guy must be enjoying this a whole lot.
Hm, interesting.
Well, it's not much of a bother. I'll look at the artbook, admire the (probably) big box, and read the manual while it installs. That's it, if NIS does a big-box-with-artbook-and-anoth er-extra Limited Edition like they've been doing lately.
I'm not touching even half of those- at least not until the inevitable price drops come.
