I'll be honest with ya- the only midly interesting games on that list are L.A. Noire, Bulletstorm and Deus Ex (Even when, of course, it won't be on par with the original, it's still...worth checking out, I guess.)

Anyways, DA:2 is basically a linear WRPG with probable dialog loops, shitty combat and no role-playing whatsoever, while The Witcher 2 at least has a CRPG-like approach to different quests and the ways you can complete them, hence the "non-linear" aspect of the game being so important.
So, if you ask me? The Witcher 2, it is!
...And Dragon Effect 2 sometimes when a price drop or a supah-meg...
It's more than a simple turn based game, though.
If anything, after reading the manual leaked online, and watching the videos, it looks like a mix between Trinity Universe and Xenogears.
Which sounds, and probably is, awesome, despite first impressions you may have of the game.
