Oh boy. Image related, but of course!:

"but no self-respecting twenty-something is going to be sitting on an airplane with one of those."
But I would (and do). Because it entertains me.
Gee, what happened to self confidence?
"I mean, you've gotta be kidding me. Why would I buy a gaming system without a hard drive in it?"
Uh, to play videogames, Mister Tretton? I mean, that's why you buy a GAMING system, right?
Edit: I'm honestly not one to do this kinda stuff, but...
To any of the guys that click the disagree button, why don't you attempt to refute my statement, at least?
I mean, seriously.
@SuperStrokey...
...Those games, excluding Uncharted and, to some extent, inFamous, were pretty forgettable...
At least to me.
After Arrival, I'm kinda worried. There's been an obvious decline in quality from BioWare. Also disappointed by the fact that there's no Wrex.
Ah, well, let's wait and see.
Image related, you NEVER understimate a Magikarp!
That's why you wait a year to see if there's a "SUPER MEGA ULTRA TRIPLEX GAME OF THE YEAR ALL YEARS DIRECTOR'S AWESOME CUT EXTRA COMPLETE Edition".
If not, the game should be cheap by then, so you can pick it up and waste cash on the DLC.
Again, it's not like the tree they use for manuals wouldn't go somewhere else, and said trees actually affected the enviorment.
Then again, nowadays you have to pay an extra 20-40$ to get what you used to get back then (Actually COLORED book with information about the game's world, art and characters, alongside some extra physical goodies), so whatever.
If you think about it, the score's rather fitting for the game- from a technical standpoint, at least.
The good thing, though, is that beyond said issues there's a rather enjoyable to be found.
Oh, and Tuxmask, the random encounters are there for old time's sake. The encounter bar the game uses has been in older games- it's there because it's Ar tonelico. Other Gust games have avoided random encounters, it's just that this one has them...
"Sales say otherwise."
Sales =/= Quality, remember?
"Neither do books, movies, or tv shows then."
In fact, most of them don't. Books are, to a certain extent, based on fictional, uninspiring stories or treatise based on political and social situations. Oh, don't forget the typical "HURR CONSPIRACY" literal piece, too.
Movies? EXPLOSIONS MAN
TV Shows? Ridden by bullshitty ...
Oookaaay.
Now, will you make said 20 hours of playtime interesting, instead of tackling on boring, dull, why-the-hell-am-I-doing-this missions and quests?
Most likely not, thus, resulting in the latter.
@dude_meister
Dude, I loved the first one, but I've got my doubts. Just sayin'
"But for fuck’s sake, leave us three-dimensional gaming women out of it."
Fine by me, but you stay out of my games, as well, fiend!
"Will all the haters who dont even own the game"
You're right; I pirated it.
...I still regret it.
I seriously disagree with the PERFECT score, but ah, well.
"Yi-Long, what if I made a video game whose main emphasis is giving your mother a violent blowjob"
That already exists, it's called "Super Deepthroat".
Just sayin'
On-Topic with the article: 'Tis just a game; I honestly don't see the problem myself. Folks 're just too sensible nowadays.
Adjust 3D effect in a setting when it doesn't give you a headache, perhaps?
That's why the handheld has a slider, you see.
Considering said trees get planted with that purpose, and would get processed into paper either way, I don't see the problem, myself. Not like those trees won't get turned into paper that would end up elsewhere, was it not because of our beloved manuals, anyways.
However, nowadays manuals have been...lackluster, either way.
I believe you enjoyed that certain Soma uninstall scene, then? Heh.
Also, I like Sakia better, myself.
Honestly, Sakia's the only reason I'm doing Saki's route at this moment.
Starting to regret said choice considering the third reyvateil just joined me, however.
Yeah, uh...
That's rather harsh, considering people are doing whatever they want with a product they bought.
Seriously, just saying.
About piracy, well...I believe Neil Gaiman said it best:
