I agree with the logic but this is one game I would forever keep as a PS exclusive. I'm not sure there will be a sequel, they banged out a couple of DS sequels but there's not been a single solitary peep from them about Bloodborne 2.
Agree with all that...it'd be possible to keep the president's daughter plot and make it so it's not annoying though. If I remember right wasn't that the basis for the entire story?
Maybe ditch the escort bits and the bit where you control her and I'd say it'd be ok, cheesy but ok.
I wish someone would make a big budget one in the Split Second/Motorstorm mould, maybe it'll happen if the indies sell ok.
I saw one review that said they'd finished it within an hour of starting. That's piss poor what were the devs thinking.
It's not like I'm not enjoying the 'realism' of AC Odyssey, which is my first in the series, and I'm really digging the feeling of exploring a more authentic representation of Ancient Greece than anything I've seen before but I am really looking forward to fighting the Cyclops and the Minotaur.
I don't see why they can't have the best of both worlds in the new game.
They've taken so long (I'm including GTA6 in this) to show anything about their new games that I feel like I don't care anymore and if it's not borderline mind blowing I won't feel any hype. There's a sweet spot to hit in terms of the right time to release a game after the previous in the series and Bethesda and Rockstar have both already missed that mark by a year or two, or more.
I know in the case of Starfield it's a new IP but it was announc...
Looked good to me especially for an early build. And no I'm not pretending (for some reason) to think that...the game looks cool.
It's like half a game when you can't fight back, you can still feel scared and helpless in a horror game with guns if it's tough, atmospheric and sparing with ammo but killing the monsters is half the fun.
Finally a horror game with combat. So much better (imo) than cowering under a table until the nasty goes away. I imagine it's harder to make but it's well worth the effort considering how important gameplay is.
Looks like a nifty little low key indie. Gave me a nose snort halfway through the trailer when it appeared to have the sand worm that never was from NMS.
I'm going to hold out for the sequel Whale Whale Whale Whale
I think this is likely to be the last in the franchise, don't think they ever sold great and this sounds like the worst in the series. It's a shame because there's definitely room for another quality sim at the big boys table but PC3 didn't even try to be that.
It was top drawer. According to my parents 80s music was worthless but when I got the game I realised how wrong they were.
Superhero stuff is more washed up than driftwood. Unless it's The Boys then I couldn't care less.
The score seems a tad harsh considering how good the gameplay is although there's certainly room for improvement in the presentation.
Could be a great series in the future if handled right.
How cool would it be if they made full on remakes of all the GTA games starting from 3.
What a steaming pile of...garbage this looks like.
Arcade racers on console and tower defence games on my phone. Love a rock hard TD game.
I guess this is partly why Sony lead with it on their PS5 showcase. I'm almost 100% done with it personally but it's an incredibly popular game.
On the other hand if there was a B2 and B1 was only exclusive to PS there would be a fair few PC players who would be 'forced' into buying a PS to play it.
I wouldn't want there to be a situation where people could say "what's the point of buying a PS? All the best games are on PC."
