Agreed, I'd be happy enough with a quality spin off but I'd prefer a brand new IP. I'd like to see them flex their creative muscles and start something from scratch.
A new Motorstorm with all the trimmings would be cool. Alternatively it could be great if the Wreckfest guys made something similar with their own handling and physics.
I didn't mean it as literally as that I know they're not going to release a broken game. It's a little bit different when it comes to a game set in a vibrant city though, if there's two people on a street on PS4 compared to twenty on PS5 it's going to feel significantly different.
Anyway it was supposed to be a backhanded compliment to say how have they managed to make what looks like a genuine next gen game run on creaking old PlayStations, not literal...
The only thing I'm worried about is how the hell it can run properly on current gen when it looks every inch like a next gen game. Content wise I have no concerns whatsoever.
I watched 19 seconds, that's enough Austin Evans for me in this lifetime.
World famous sports star. With the possible exception of the US who are a bit behind when it comes to football.
Yeah footballers are well known to have plenty of spare time to game in, seems like most are into footy games when they aren't gambling away their wages out of boredom.
If he played a ten minute game he'd earn £272 in that time, that'd be nice wouldn't it.
Why does the Xbox controller (and console) look like a no brand knock off? So plain and cheap looking.
If only it was a plain black cuboid that looks like something you'd find in the bargain bin.
Me neither maybe we aren't nerdy enough.
Best thing about this is that it all but confirms that the plan is to release official covers. Is that a first for PS?
Doesn't look great black in all honesty, the white looks better. Some kind of metallic dark steel or silver might look decent.
Probably 'concerned' people.
Out of interest do you consider yourself to be a fanboy?
I think the white controller looks great, the console not so much but it's kind of cool and it seems odds on we'll be able to swap the panels.
It baffles me the amount of people who throw around fanboy as an insult without a trace of irony, but if you check their comment history they're so rabid that a vet would put them down on sight.
Love it. I don't think the game gets enough recognition for its art and design. The cars, the clothes and the weapons all look very stylish.
You can buy brand new PS4s for £250, literally nobody is paying £330, or £280 for a second hand one.
These things happen. Personally I'm waiting until I get a PS5 to get it which will be Christmas at the earliest, probably later.
