It wasn't my favourite Castle/Metroidvania but it was good and I hope they make more.
What about a mashup of eras, you could have sci fi weapons for the player but set in medieval times fighting against hordes of splicers in suits of armour. Could be fun and quite unique.
It'd be cool to see a fresh take on a space station. Maybe it could be run by an eccentric Musk type character.
Is this game 4K with 60fps and ray tracing simultaneously? Or is one of them sacrificed to allow the others.
It's the same people working on this who made TW3 as far as I know so it'd be odd if they forgot how to write good characters and stories. Superficially it looks a lot flashier but I'm sure the clever writing and humour will be there.
I'm not saying it's going to be a classic but the footage captured and the editing was awful and made it look worse, I think there were three times that it showed the player comboing thin air and two of those were when an enemy was right in front of them, wtf is that. Bizarre.
Yeah that sounds about right, I don't know about you but although I can wait a while for a new game I'm not waiting five years.
As long as it's several years after PS release I don't see why not. Also cherrypick certain big hitters to never ever appear on anything other than PS.
I guess the more income Sony has the more they can spend on future exclusives but there's a balance to be found.
I'd be up for that, I played 2 first and loved it but going to 1 after felt a bit clunky and I gave up after a bit, never got round to 3. Updates to bring them all to the same level of polish would be great and I could start from the start this time.
Good stuff I was expecting to hear it'd been cancelled so I'm glad it's still coming.
I've done well then because I've only played one of them and it's Odyssey. Little bit on the generic side but it's not a bad RPG at all and I love the setting.
Looks great as always. I don't understand people who are underwhelmed by this game, what RPGs are they playing that come close to what this is doing? I'm not aware of any.
Doesn't make a lot of noise these days, I realised it was boring and deleted it.
I only got halfway through it so I'm not an expert but I never noticed the soundtrack much. It does have Take On Me apparently so credit for that.
GTA games have the best licensed soundtracks I've heard, I'd say Vice City is my favourite. I'd probably go with Hollow Knight as the best original soundtrack.
The future of PlayStation? Hardly. It was just a low-key showing of a few random games and Sony couldn't have been clearer about that.
Ok it looks like a remastered PS3 game there's no getting away from that. It might be fun though...I'll give it a chance. I prefer arcade racers to sims and there aren't many.
Looking forward to seeing what they can do with the bosses in the next game, insane boss fights that almost overwhelm you are a staple of the series but were the one thing missing from the reboot. Let's bring them back in style, the PS3 managed some crazy shit so the PS5 can pick up that baton and run with it.
So it's a bit like a cute version of Firewatch?
If GTA is included that will be a chunk, the game is a monster in terms of how much it takes in through MTs.
Once you get used to them they do get a lot easier but trying any game in the series as a newcomer would be a solid challenge for sure.
It probably skews your perspective when you're a Souls veteran.
