@DJStotty
Because the games in question have already been on the market for ages and sold a tonne, it's not rocket science.
I don't know much about Gamepass but wouldn't the key difference be that Sony rakes in cash from game sales whereas Microsoft puts them on Gamepass day one and doesn't get that money?
Probably just polished up a screenshot to damage control, it's not believable that they'd have a shiny new build and use the old one for the reveal trailer.
Looks cool. I don't have a Nintendo console and don't have any plans to get one but I loved Zelda as a kid and this seems very much like it.
Is this what they meant by going back to their roots? If so they might want to google Prince of Persia because this isn't where it started.
I know it's probably not a popular wish but I wanted them to make a big budget 2.5D PoP Metroidvania with a focus on complex combat and difficult platforming. Would have been cool imo.
You know you've messed up when you've got a decent looking new game to show off but everyone is just criticising the advert. I thought she was going to be transported into the game as the main character and be face to face with some monster but no just a bizarre ad.
DS3 is a great game but I prefer an original masterpiece like Bloodborne to a refinement of a formula like DS3. It's a very good game but the seen it all before feel drags it down a tad for me.
Sorry Ted but no it doesn't matter how intentional it is or how hard it was to make, I think it looks ugly. There's loads of art out there that took the creator an age to make but if it's not pleasing to the eye then it's not pleasing to the eye.
It's not all games like this I don't like I just don't enjoy the art style in this one.
@SamPao
Who said pixelated is ugly, apart from you?
I mean just because they meant to make it ugly doesn't mean people have to like it.
I think you're probably right there, for me heart says VC for the vibes and the soundtrack (and the memories) and my head says SA is the better game overall.
I'd pay a decent amount of money for quality remakes of both games. GTA6 set in VC would be cool but the writing and soundtrack couldn't possibly be as good.
Never heard of it and now I have I don't give a hoot about it so personally my hype levels seem to be steady enough.
No it's not a good thing to incentivise people to kill themselves but that's not what happened here nor do I see any realistic danger of it happening in the future.
You can't put a halt to positive things like someone being put into a game in case it upsets somebody else, sorry but that's not a healthy viewpoint.
So what if they do it doesn't mean everybody who wishes it be will be put into a game. At the end of the day if it makes a few desperately unhappy people feel a bit better it's a good thing.
I enjoyed NMS most in the mode where you don't have to worry about resource management, can't recall the name. It was relaxing being able to freely explore and commandeer any spaceship I liked the look of.
Personally I prefer a good size game that can be played in small chunks to a really short game that you can get through in no time. I don't have a lot of free time for gaming but I'm enjoying chipping away at Assassins Creed Odyssey more than I am playing Gris which I believe is only a few hours long.
Yeah exactly as I said.
Comments on this dev teams articles are so predictable. Never mind the fact that an independent investigation found them not guilty of intentionally misleading consumers and that they've grafted for four years on free updates to make it right.
I guess people enjoy holding grudges for some reason.
Bit of an all over the place trailer but you can tell it's going to be a quality game.
