Not going to lie, this game looks fantastic and as a PS gamer it's going to hurt if its sequels are Xbox only. Especially if Bethesda's next gen games are disappointing.
I've always wanted modern sequels to Split Second and Modnation, two of my favourite racing games ever.
Hollow Knight and Salt and Sanctuary are another two sequels I'd love to see. I'm a bit conflicted on Bloodborne 2 because sometimes works of art like that should stand alone. I certainly won't complain about it if it happens though don't get me wrong and if they felt they could do it justice I'd be all for it. Just wouldn't want them to force...
I stopped watching RE2 videos after the first one featuring proper gameplay because at that point I knew without a shadow of a doubt I was getting it.
So did I, it certainly wasn't a flat "there will be no Bloodborne 2" at any rate.
So there are no annoying male characters in the game that you can harm?
I think it's fair to say that in theory the game could be improved to the point that it would be a worthy purchase for any RPG fan. I can't imagine them making it bug free but if they can work on crashes and freezing and add in quality content it'll be a good game. It's a big if but let's pretend.
On the other hand I am enjoying seeing them get a hard kick up the backside from their customers because a game I care about more than almost any others, ES6,...
The first game I ever played was called Brilliant Bouncing Boffins, I was really bad at it but at the same time I couldn't get enough and it instantly awoke my interest in gaming big time.
Some will but I can't see what they could add that would come close to the mountain of stuff that GTAO has. It was a simpler time.
It should remain that way too, there's a limit to how much they can add for players to buy unlike GTAO which has gone balls out into the ridiculous.
I'm more of a Souls player than Bloodborne because I like to hide behind a greatshield wearing the heaviest (and ideally best looking) armour available but Bloodborne forced me into relying on my reflexes and instincts and it was a fantastic experience. One of the best games of all time imo as is Dark Souls 1.
I'd forgotten about Soma but I did mean to buy it when it came out so good times.
When it said major updates I didn't think it meant tweaks and QOL improvements but it's better than nothing. I suppose the actual major updates with substantial new content will come later.
After the fairly awful launch, and judging by how games like this usually work anyway, dropping back in a year or so seemed a good plan and it still does. There is potential there for something really good.
Good to know that if you run out of ammo it's no worries because you can just crack that smile out and make heads explode with fear.
I'm not sure about the game but credit where it's due the environments are very nice.
Uncharted is a good example for me because I love the series having played 1-3 but I can't really be bothered to get 4 because it's just more of the same. I'm more interested in indies these days with the occasional big name game thrown in.
Not really selling it to me seeing as I don't like the Yakuza series at all.
Glad people are enjoying it though.
The anime is one of my favourites alongside Ninja Scroll but the game looks terrible.
That's brilliant.
It'll be interesting to see what Rockstar does because when they saw the success of GTAO and its money making potential they could not have cared less about any new SP content. Pretty shameful if you ask me seeing as that's what the franchise is built on.
I hope they don't repeat that for RDR2O, I don't think they will because I don't see it being as much of a money spinner as GTAO is but apart from that it's not promising for the future how they ju...
What a beautiful looking game. The next time somebody says games aren't art they should be shown this and have it explained to them.
