Not sure if I've ever bought a comic but this is tempting, sounds like they know what they're doing and lore doesn't get any more interesting than Bloodborne's.
Miss Snodgrass ignoring you today or something?
I agree with him. I don't want to know which actors are Scientologists, what the voice actors look like in animations, I don't want to see behind the scenes footage on set or find out that the person behind some art I like is a douche.
I agree that just because something is hard there's no need to roll out the old cliche about it being the Dark Souls of something. Just say it's difficult. It's a shame to see such a unique and interesting game series being spread around so haphazardly.
Sometimes it is a valid comparison however, if it refers to more than just the difficulty. If a game has that but also has the subtle storytelling, creative exploration, general sense of dread and despair and ti...
Pretty damn good actually. I'd put it ahead of some of the earliest games although they were good for the time.
Ascension that is.
Isn't that the most powerful console out currently? Hardly a headline that it runs the game the best. I'll be happy enough with it on my regular PS4 on my oldish plasma tv but credit where it's due.
No mention at all of how well it plays in first person, I didn't imagine it had that feature did I? It didn't really work for me in GTA5 but I fancy I'll like it in this game. If it's actually in it.
I never care about game delays. If it's a game I'm looking forward to then it can only mean it'll be improved as a result of the delay. If it's one that I was on the fence about then maybe the extra development time will be well spent and my interest levels will rise.
I liked having a straight up evil enemy to defeat at the end, by that point I'd had enough of complex grey areas and was ready to smite some bad guys to save the day. I think Death March is the best way to play the game and it was not an easy fight for me, I was dodging around that arena like a maniac but it was a good fight and a worthy end to a great game.
I wonder how well it would work if an open world game funnelled you into completing the entirety of the main story before setting you loose on exploration and secondary quests. Bearing in mind if they're as well done as say The Witcher 3 there would be a hell of a lot of great content left afterwards.
At least that way the momentum of the main plot wouldn't completely die on its arse. You'd also have a clearly defined character going into the game world freely,...
I haven't smoked for years now but I used to enjoy playing PES stoned, it felt real. I reckon No Man's Sky would be great, it'd be genuinely exciting landing on a new planet and exploring. All the little adventures that you have along the way would feel intense.
I'd like them to create a range of unique events and locations, the more the better, and set them to happen on planets that you visit but never repeat them during one play through. Things like an underground city to explore, a sea monster, a settlement with a quest to hunt and fight a monster that's been terrorising them. The possibilities are endless and I think it'd add a lot more interest to exploration.
I do think it would have been better if they'd waited for the new engine (I presume there's one for ES6) for Fallout online. I liked F4 but it did feel very dated and last gen and 76 seems like it'll be just as bad in that regard but without a lot of the stuff that makes Fallout games so appealing.
I think it'll turn out to be a missed opportunity thanks to questionable decision making. I'm guessing it'll be about a 7/10 game.
I've read a lot of Lovecraft, almost all of his work, and I didn't get this so called hate filled perspective of his. Maybe because I wasn't looking for something that wasn't there. Fear of the unknown, yes. Hate, no.
I can imagine Fallout 100 being released and they're still using this same fecking engine.
I'm loyal to Sony but I've got nothing whatsoever against their rivals, we're all just gamers. What's the big deal? Different plastic box? Get over it. I'd say that the most pathetic comment sections on the entire internet are the ones that devolve into bitching over console wars. Makes me ashamed to be a gamer.
Why do so many quotes from Bioware on Anthem consist of them apparently making excuses for the game having no story. Sales and critical reception will have the last word I suppose but I think it's a shame which direction they've gone in.
I can see myself playing most if not all of it in first person, looks great.
Like the sound of this, I agree about the atmosphere in Resi 7 I was bricking it most of the time and if this has that same feeling then I'm in.
Perfect demonstration of why people like SP games and when you are online the mute button is so important. Obviously not everyone playing online is like that but there are more than you might think.
