This game is really mediocre all the way around!

I don't know about these fans that just couldn't understand it was a spin-off game, but fable legends was one of my "most exciting and want to play" games, and that comes from someone who doesn't enjoy the core fable games!

How about nerf that DL-44. 1 shot to the head, or 2 to the body, easily spam it with it's high firerate, incredible range, and it doesn't even need a cooldown for something like 10 shots. No wonder everyone that has it unlocked is using and abusing it. So tired of that shit!
I just hope they didn't go back and change it a bunch to appease those complaining that it wasn't fable 4. I really liked what they'd showed and as someone that didn't like the main fable series, i was really looking forward to this.
Now watch them also make it a grind to earn currency in-game! WTF!

How can the author possibly say anything about battlefront not being worth the money after saying that! But sadly, he is right, there is far less content and value in many of today's games and yet people still buy them. LOL.
Any difference in the PS4 hardware is actually insignificant; third party games are developed with parity in mind, with only first party games taking advantage of the difference (with is nothing compaired to the jump between the current and last generation of consoles). And the whole 1080p vs 900p difference is not even noticeable to most and in reality the XBO generally has better texture filtering to counter that anyway.
Well, maybe if the lag compensation didn't progressively get more catering every year to laggers (as do so many online games these days), and the gameplay itself didn't become absolutely terrible; this wouldn't be the case. But whatever!
OMG! People need to quit making photo-realistic graphics a selling point! Who cares!
So no one can brag about the PS4's higher resolution when XBO has better anisotropic filtering!

Not true! You either wait forever to download a game or pay for more bandwidth; thus costing you more per game. Oh, and there are tons more reasons to continue buying physical copies then what is discussed in the article!

Let's hope there's actually tombs, and they consist of complex platforming (aka Underworld). I don't wish for it to be just another shooter.
It's clearly been rushed to be out before the new movie. And a 'beta' (*cough* DEMO), a month before release, won't change that.
This game is absolutely rediculous! Any new or existing player has to buy every new expansion pack that comes out to keep playing everything (why does this game not just use a subsciption model?). But now there are microtransations! And people continue to be okay with this kind of bs going on in the industry?
And to make things worse, you could tell from miles away this game was really going to be no good and there'd be greed all over it!
Perhaps its been developed for last gen and ported to this one, just like so many other titles this generation. Graphics don't look that much better to me.
That is the best Tomb Raider; especially if you love platforming.
