I hope ACIII is a grounded portrayal of the war and not full of cliched American patrionism.
Your title matches the article and most importantly attracts attention so don't be ashamed of that. No need to be so aggressive in your defense, you're going to have to learn to take some critism.
Bubbles for "interesting".
I don't know the technical reason nor have I seen any comments from Bethesda regarding this so I can't fill you in but I want to say I agree with your opinion that "the way they code their games using a large database to store values/co-ordinates of every item i.e. leaving a dead body in a certain area it has to store each and every event like this (which is idiotic)".
Skyrim portrays itself as a simulat...
You were never told it was coming so stop waiting.
I blame Bethesda. My red flags were up but Bethesda assured us the PS3 version was on parity ( http://www.lazygamer.net/xb... when clearly it was not. The Skyrim debacle is the last straw for me, despite being interested in Dishonored I won't be buying it at launch.
A voice of reason.
Bubbles "well said".
Once bitten twice shy.
I recall concern in the PS3 community due to a lack of PS3 footage prerelease of Skyrim and Bethesda assuring us that the PS3 version is on parity with the 360.
Look how that turned out.
Why should I believe you this time?
I probably get this but not until I'm ready to replay the whole game. Won't surprise me if this is the only single player DLC we get for ME3.
I feel the same way you do. Gaming is an expensive hobby and Bethesda have now lost my trust.
This is very disappointing. Never have I experienced such a situation in all my years of gaming (and I'm old). Bethesda must be quite worried about their reputation with PS3 gamers.
I know I personally will be very cautious about purchasing any Bethesda games in the future. Definitely cancelling my Dishonoured pre-order now and waiting to make sure it's not broken.
Say here, I'll get it when the price is right. Couldn't justify full price for such a short game.
Tomb Raider and Uncharted are both members of the adventure genre. Anyone that thinks they will not influence each other is niave to say the least.
I can't imagine why anyone would buy this but I'm curious to see how it sells.

2D sucks, we perceive the world in 3 dimensions yet some people want to game in flatland?
I don't understand this complaint. Is it vanity?
This is probably going to happen in the next couple of years. I won't be surprised if its hard to buy a TV that's not 3D capable next year.
Gameinformer article said the stories will cross paths but that was it.
I'm normally the type that absolutly requires good story to hold my interest. Not sure what it is about Skyrim but I haven't even noticed a lack of story. I've already put in about 50 hours and will eventually clock up hundreds more.
I've considered getting an Xbox but there has never been an exclusive that made me want to part with my money. PS3 has kept me more than happy thus it'll be PS4 for me, time will tell if the next Xbox can tempt me.
