If anything you’d think this would just be free advertising. How many people are going to go there when lookin at hotels simply because they’ve played COD there? It’s gotta be more than a few. And anyone who doesn’t play wouldn’t even know. So I don’t see the issue.

Love this feature in games!

I agree 100%. It was very clearly made to be a full on games as a service type game, like Marvels Avengers. Then that went over bad and sold terribly. So they pulled back on that for Knights and we got this mess of a game. They tried to save what they could from a completely different gameplay style and shoehorn in a single player aspect. And it just didn’t work.

Well considering it just came out that WB said it’s going all in on GaaS, we clearly didn’t buy multiple copies of Arkham plus all the DLC. That’s our fault for not just giving them more money. What did we expect to happen? How can they make subpar, poorly optimized, grind fest games for us, if we don’t give them our money.

That’s a blatant lie made up by PC players lol the aim assist is minimal to barely even there. People have done tests. Aim assist last fractions of a second and you already have to have been looking directly at an enemy, even when you snap aim it’s barely there.
kb&m is always going to be an easier, more accurate way to play. It just is. Using a thumb verses your whole arm/wrist/hand isn’t even a competition.

@jericho1347

That’s why it’s a remake. Yes some initial encounters would have to be changed to make sure they hit the same way. But they did it with the licker intro in RE2. It doesn’t need to be a 1 to 1 scene. Change the timing, the position. Whatever they need to do so it’s still the same scene but it plays out differently and still feels the same.
The “keep the camera and movement to make it feel hard” argument is flawed. Those weren’t done that way for that pu...

@Jericho1337

That’s a visual remaster. Not a full remake adding in a new perspective, and adding in modern controls and conveniences that weren’t even a thing when RE1 was remastered.
It’s like saying we didn’t need an RE2 remake. Maybe we don’t. But I don’t know about you, but my god, going back and playing that static camera and tank controls is just excruciating. And I grew up with those games, and I don’t miss the camera or controls. The RE2 remake is by far th...

What do you mean? If you pre ordered the whole fame should have downloade immediately. Mine downloaded 2 days ago when I pre ordered. Then a patch downloaded last night at 9pm my time. Then I was fully up and running.1

Why you’re getting downvotes, I have no idea.
It needs a remake in the vain of RE2 and 3 remakes and why not throw in some RE0 references?

I’m enjoying the campaign. But I rarely buy COD games. So when I do get one, it’s usually been years since I’ve played one.
I liked that this one feels slower and more grounded. There’s a lot of sweep and clear missions which feel great.
It’s nowhere near as bombastic as some previous one. Def feels like less of a Michael Bay movie. Some people will like that, some won’t. I’m fine with it. I don’t play enough COD to care. So it’s enjoyable to run through till the multiplayer...

I personally have zero issue with games running at 30fps. AS LONG as they’re single player and it’s LOCKED 30fps.
But as soon as you get into multiplayer they NEED to be at 60.
Having said that, I want games to look fantastic AND be 60fps. But, not all games can get that on console. So it is what it is. Insomniacs Spider-Man games did a great job at offering multiple modes with different settings. More games need to implement like that.

Oh 100%. Not only is it PC only, it’s TERRIBLY dated now. I never got a chance to play it, but I’ve watched critiques and story breakdowns. And while the story seems solid, the graphics and gameplay mechanics are in serious need of a remake.
Looking forward to this one.

Same. I think I watched the 1st reveal trailer and that was it. Haven’t read anything. Haven’t watched anything. Wanna go in as blind as possible.
Keep your blinders on people. Only 15 days left.

Reading these comments 😂 die hard fanboys are jackasses.
Exclusives have been a thing since home consoles have been competing for your money. Stop bitching and complaining and just get both consoles. Play everything, damn.

My 75 inch, 4K HDR, wall mounted tv is as ready as I am. Just waiting for that predownload to start.

And from what I’ve heard all 9 realms will be exploitable this time. So that’s more than double the 1st games areas.
Can’t wait. I litteraly took the whole week off to do nothing but play the hell out of this game.

I’ve been waiting, but these are good deals. I’m tempted.

Everything about this looks and sounds great. With one acception that actually turns me off from the whole game. The level based enemies and “number shooter” style combat. I can’t stand it. These are super hero’s. I don’t want to go against a random goon and have to pound on him for 5 minutes before he goes down. It makes no sense. And usually in those types of games your skill far outmatches the games anyway, so it’s not even a challenge, it just becomes about dancing around and wasting time...

Have you played their last game, Friday the 13th? It’s about as close to that as I’ve seen a game in this genre. With a good groups of people, it’s a blast. Everyone’s having fun and reacting to Jason. You actually have to use teamwork to accomplish tasks and escape. And there’s multiple ways. And if you REALLY want to KILL Jason you can but it requires 2-3 people working together. It’s so much fun.
