I have Pit Master side quests not removing from map even though I’ve completed them. Same with the Arena. Finished all those and still showing on the map that I need to go there to complete stuff.
Aloy breathing heavily during cutscenes if they started when I was running.
Only bugs I’ve had so far. Still seem to be there as far as I can tell.
I think my comment stands. GWG is garbage. We know it. We’ve all said it. But it’s not going to change because they want people to spend the extra few bucks for gamepass which is a great service.
Free games at an incredibly cheap price is good enough for people who just pay for GWG. As soon as Microsoft drops GWG entirely people will complain saying “the games may not have been good but at least it was something for people to play”.
There’s no winning. If you don’t like the ...
People need to stop complaining. GWG is garbage and has been for a long time. This isn’t for us, I assume anyone on N4G threads is more than a casual gamer. We have gamepass.
This is for people like my brother, who doesn’t game. But has small kids and doesn’t care what games they are because his small kids will just play them without thinking.
Honest question, am I missing something? The combat doesn’t feel much different that HZD to me. I’m loving the game, 9/10 from me as well. But I would have loved some defensive melee stuff. I really feel like I’m missing something. The most effective moves I’ve found so far are just hitting them repeatedly then shooting the glowing orb deal when that pops up.
I wouldn’t call this game hard. I’d call it unforgiving. If you plug away and permanently unlock moves then it gets easier. Then you just need to learn patterns and what enemy’s do what and how they attack.
The bosses are hard. But it’s just faster, more intricate patterns (boss 3 was a particular pain in my a**).
Honestly I think anyone could get good at this game. You just have to understand that any progress is good progress and keep playing.
I’m always excited about state of plays. I’m usually a little let down after Nintendo directs.
Leave ‘em both be. They fulfill the same role but in different ways.
Well it doesn’t even unlock for another 4.5 hours so ur good
Play the 1st one. I’d honestly play it first and wait a week or two for this one. It’s fantastic, still holds up perfectly. And it’s a touching story at times. One of the best games of last gen PlayStation for sure. Plus the DLC is good to. I replayed the entire game a couple months back in preparation.
This would actually prob be for the best. Ubisoft has been coasting for so long now. Last time they did anything “new” was retooling AC Origins into an action RPG. All their series are so stagnant now.
Plus all the talk of NFT’s and other stupid micropayment mechanics.
Maybe if they had better funding and didn’t need to put out a sequel every year they might just make good games again without all the BS.
Unless you got a code you wouldn’t know. Also the reviews have ranged from a 6 to a 9. I wouldn’t call that overrated. I’d guess people who loved the 1st game, or people who love wide open world games loved this one. And people who aren’t really into open world games weren’t the biggest fans but still found it good but nothing new or great.
That’s fair reasoning. Don’t know how that’s overrated.
We should all make it a goal to get so many trophies Sony has to ask us to please stop because they physically can’t plant so many trees lol do some good and get a laugh out of it
This games great but it’s kicking my ass. That 3rd boss is just wrecking me. I want to redo the 2nd level to go into the 3rd boss a few years younger but god even that 2nd boss is almost as bad and I always beat him at age 34.
Yeah that sounds like a bug. I have most moves unlocked and can bounce around between levels without losing them. Only thing I lose is the shrine perks but I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to lose those between levels or redoing a level. Unless I’m wrong on that one.
Played them all recently on gamepass. Great games. But my favorites gotta be gears tactics. Don’t know why. I just had a blast with it lol
I actually read the review. And it’s def click bait not worthy reading. This is the only reviewer who gave it less than an 8 or 9 I’ve seen so far.
He might just not like it, but even if that’s the case you need to look at technical gameplay, mechanics, and try n step back and see what it is. EVEN then it would be placed higher I would assume.
Just watched the digital foundry analysis. This def seems like an optimization issue and not a hardware issue. This game shouldn’t have the issues it seems to be having and I’m betting a future patch will improve on this.
A 1440/60 mode would have been preferred and VERY doable. 3 different modes each with a positive and a negative on both PS5 and Series X leads me to believe they didn’t have enough time to optimize properly.
I’m still playing it day 1 because I loved the 1s...
I don’t think it was a “counter” purchase. That activision/blizzard acquisition is HUGE and I’m sure took months or even over a year just to get to an agreement.
Yeah I gotta agree with you there. At least they are about games and games only. Meta and tencent have their dirty little fingers in so much that wouldn’t interest gamers or the industry.
All their internal tech. I’m betting that was a major point of interest. Yeah they will get money from software sales. But now all the in house tech and software can be shared between all the internal PlayStation studios.
My hunter missions disappeared just fine after I completed them all. So I’m guessing you’re having the same issues as me.
