They’re STILL doing this? This is one of the stupidest sales tactics and yet people still fall for it. If you want collectives just buy them separately and save yourself the 200% markup and not even get the game.
Done
I have serious doubts Horizon can be done properly on a TV scale budget. I feel for it to be done properly, the whole first game should be a trilogy of films. All the locations, machines and stuff that happens can’t be condensed into a single film in my opinion. Def not on a TV budget. Unless they’re gonna go full Amazon and give it a crazy per episode budget.
What Spider-Man games? You make it sound like we’ve gotten a half dozen in the last few years. They made 2. And 1 was just a good DLC essentially. No other company has released a Spider-Man game in years.
If you’re talking about games he’s showed up in, big woop. He was 1 of many playable characters and those were decent to sub par games to boot.
I don’t think it does. Isn’t that what people LOVED about the game when it released? People are confusing lore for narrative. The story as presented is bare bones. You’re given a reason to explore, nothing else. If you’re interested in the story, you have to go through it all and find that for yourself. But it’s never really presented in a conventional way.
I beat the game and couldn’t tell you what it was about. Not a clue. That’s why I voted for Ragnarok.
I like to go into it thinking more of a professional exterminator. Figuring out what you’re dealing with. What potions, bombs, oils, etc, I’m going to need to use. Get those prepped. Then go in. The combat isn’t clunky I’d say, it’s just a little basic. But throw in all the other elements for buffs/debuffs, while spinning and using the sword, and it quickly gets more intricate.
You’re basically playing medieval Supernatural haha the story is phenomenal though to.
If you like...
Would this be considered a prequel novel? It’s between the 1st and 2nd game so wouldn’t it be an interquel?
These are some cool pre order bonuses for a change. Loved the first one so I’ll def be pre ordering this one. Here’s hoping it doesn’t turn out like Force Unleashed 2.
Blocking doesn’t do much. Kind of becomes pointless to do after a bit.
Dodging is def the way to go. But it’s not very satisfying to do and the combat isn’t very good imo. It’s just smashing the strike button then when you pause you know it’s time to dodge once or twice, then repeat.
I’m playing it now. It’s not so much the difficulty, it’s the basic combat. There’s not much to it at all, and it doesn’t feel very satisfying. So what should be difficult combat just becomes a chore.
I think this is more what they’re talking about. It’s not hard because it’s a hard game. It’s hard because the mechanics themselves aren’t very good.
Same. I’m about 2 hours in now and they haven’t improved. Even after I got the hang of it, it’s still not very satisfying. Combat in general is dissapointing. Dead space vibes, but the combat doesn’t hold up the same.
I played for 2 hours or so so far. Combats pretty meh. I understand ur supposed to feel underpowered. But the combats so sluggish and it just doesn’t feel very satisfying.
Atmosphere and vibes are great. Hoping the combat opens up more.
I actually just got an ad for them looking for employees in Vancouver lol I was just thinking “I didn’t know they had a studio here”. Now I know
He’s an old wise man in litteraly every depiction out there. He disguised himself as a hermit to mortals.
The original creator of deadspace is the lead on this one. He didn’t have the rights for deadspace so he made his own spiritual successor.
I’ve played and beaten every mainline AC game. Unity is def not even in my top 5. I had to restart it twice because it kept crashing and 2 times my file was corrupted. BARELY managed to beat it and when I did I never went back lol
4-Black Flag is still my personal favorite for the old style AC games
Odyssey is my favorite of the new style
Like good gameplay and levels that aren’t repetitive as hell.
I don’t know what all these other commenters are talking about, my PS5 practically jumped off the shelf and came down so hard it exploded. I bet it’s one hell of an update but I won’t know till I get a new PS5.
This same guy somehow TRANSFORMS and does a wickedly accurate Geralt from The Witcher 3. He’s so good with his cosplay. With proper lighting this guy does movie quality outfits.
No idea why so many downvotes. It’s a fact if not a very widely accepted opinion that the RE2 Remake is the gold standard for remaking old games.
