Well they have delivered a huge amount of announcements with both the State of Play events, the Death Stranding release date trailer and the Wired PS5 article.

Navi has 25% better IPC than Vega, I'm not sure about the IPC gains going from the Polaris tech in XB1-X maybe 40% better IPC.
Presumably the Ray Tracing hardware will add to things like Lighting performance, reduction in Lighting workloads that would normally be handled with the base Stream Processor tech.
Scarlett could have 70CUs, clocked around 1900MHz gives us just over 17TFlops and with a 40% IPC gain we get very close to the performance of a 24TFlop Polaris GPU.

I had seen people talking about a second new game besides Bleeding Edge, but apparently that one hasn't been in development long enough to reveal.
B.E has been in development since 2014.
It should be pretty easy, just focus on announcing new games that they should have had in development for quite a while.
Microsoft's E3 2018 didn't really have much, Halo and Gears were nice, but those are franchises we've seen numerous times.
Sure they confirmed that Next-XBox was coming, plus some new studios had joined their development family, but they didn't reveal any new games from those studios.

Dishonored 2 came out in 2016, maybe it's time for a 3rd game or some new stand alone DLC.

Sony could have held off this trailer for E3, announcing that huge Iron Man VR title, the incoming release info for Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us, announcing that awesome sounding Predator game, among the rest of the stuff we got from State of Plays and that would have made one of the best E3s since their 2015 or 2016 shows.

Maybe Vega is more suited to Microsoft's needs going forward.
Vega is AMD's Compute focused GPU architecture, Navi is more gaming related.
Sony wouldn't need the volumes of chips for PS5 that MS will need for their combined XCloud/Azure/XBox products.
