@MariaHelFutura
They made a lot of money on the Cube despite coming in a distant third. They'll be fine.
Don't get your hopes up. The press release says "worldwide". How many times have you heard a company say something is coming "worldwide" but then it skips out on select regions? I wouldn't hold my breath. Here's to hoping it hits Wii U too, the audience is there after all and it supports Cry Engine 3. Crytek even said some Cry Engine 3 games are being made for Wii U so hopefully this is one of them.
Changing Bravely Default's title to something more Final Fantasy related isn't exactly a new idea. Final Fantasy has countless spin-offs so it could be thrown in there with little confusion. That said, I wouldn't want it to change.
I have to process the world we live in where you get three times as many disagrees as agrees lol.
Yea, I don't want to seem odd by saying you would think this story would have more popularity on N4G (coz I posted it) but it is suprisingly low for a new zelda game
They didn't say, I doubt it even thought that would be great.
In every sense it didn't. Didn't make Sony much money, finished third (maybe second next year) in worldwide sales, so no, it didn't win it. It did very, very well tho
Why would they need a stronger box when the Wii U is twice as powerful as the 360/PS3 and those platforms are the only ones getting EA sports games this year? Also, the controller could make a game like NHL so much better if you could draw plays on the fly on the pad
I want to believe that but storing and streaming all of that gameplay at all times has to take up more than 1GB unless they're only streaming/storing a smaller than expected amount in memory
AJ Lee is pretty fantastic and mighty fine too. She has good taste in games too. Can't imagine she gets a lot of gaming time on the road though
She's saying MGS from 1998
Wow "haha no" isn't a very professional response. But then again he was in a room filled with people who get off by more violence in their video games so,... its expected to be overlooked.
I mean its no surprise so he couldn't have come up with a better answer in the last year they've been tip-toeing around the issue?
Yes but to my knowledge it hadn't been confirmed yet.
august? you do know they're releasing donkey kong, animal crossing, mario & luigi, mario golf between May and September right? It won't be august.
November/December is much more likely.
I can't wait for the game!
How is it disingenuous?
So depressing that after years of great games so many fanboys simply want Fuse to fail so Insomniac, in some fantasy scenario, is purchased by Sony just for some petty console war obsession.
What about a controller with a touch screen (at 480p) on a console that can do 720p/1080p with multiple online services, miiverse, classics for download, 2GB RAM and 32MBeDRAM is so 1996? I think you mean just the lack of a HDD but that's easily fix able on Wii U and quite cheap.
I understand his point but you can't act like they're making up these costs and that there are no victims when these titles sell poorly even at $60.
Instead the focus should not be on how wrong one thinks game developers are for defending game price points due to their high budgets but on a campaign to get the average video game budget to decrease.
If the game industry made a collective decision to limit even the Halo's, CODs, GTAs to $20-$30 mill...
By the time Zelda finally lands on Wii U who knows how low the price could be. Heck, the Wii dropped from $250 to $150 in the time it took Skyward Sword to come out. Maybe the Wii U will be $150-$200 for you then. Like always, its best to wait.
