"New Hell," eh...
HALF LIFE 3 IS DOOM 4 CONFIRMED
FF XIX-2?
Wow, I know Japan often gets earlier releases due to localization, but are we really five Final Fantasies and a sequel behind? :P
So many gaming Xmas videos use DKR music, and I completely agree. It's the best we've got for the holiday.
How to get news from a primary source:
Step 1. Process the information as you read it.
Step 2. Translate it into shenanigans worth snarking about.
Step 3. LIZARD PEOPLE
(Really, Krontaar? Really?)
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Dun dun! Duunnnnnnn!!!
When you see an independent developer say that they just hit a 100,000 unit benchmark, that shows genuine interest in the game at hand, and a potential market for an improved sequel right off the bat. It helps the small guys score venture capital, and it helps smaller studios within a larger corporation get more leverage on their next project.
Imagine a film that doesn't do well at the box office. Sure, it's a great movie, but it's a weird premise, one that you...
If Persona 4 taught me anything, it's that if the game's good enough, you'll pull out the old system for it!
(Ugh, double post. Come on, N4G!)
You can't think of anything else? This is one of my favorite series to just think about the possible settings for:
Ancient Japan or China
Cold War-era Russia
Ancient Greece
Ancient Egypt
Apartheid-era South Africa (might be a stretch with the amount of guns)
Aztec-era Mexico
Colonial-era India
Hitler-pre-WWII Germany
WWII Poland or England (think Gravity's Rainbow)
One of the many French Revolutio...
Right? Luckily, they only really have to Ninja Gaiden Sigma the title, as opposed to what happened with Rez, where they had to name the sequel "Child of Eden" and mention Rez absolutely nowhere.
"Encore will be free to Skullgirls owners on both platforms, and the original version will remain playable as the transition takes place."
"...Lab Zero will make the all-encompassing Color DLC Bundle free for a limited time."
It helps to read the article :)
Will it do well here? Probably not. Will it sell systems in Japan? Abso-freaking-lutely. The Basara/Warriors series do so well there, and this merger makes possibly even more sense than the Fire Emblem/SMT crossover.
And this really isn't hurting anyone except possibly the Gundam series' fans, which may get a delay on their next game in the series. Tecmo Koei's doing this, not Nintendo, and certainly not EAD. They probably have a few art guys telecommuting.
I like this guy's videos, because he doesn't just compare the two by how they look on-screen, he goes through the settings config files and shows *exactly* why this stuff is happening. I actually tend to tweak PC settings more like the Steam Machine does - yes, it's nice to see a bit more polish on the graphics, but framerate trumps that for me. Maybe it's because I only have a 32" TV, so it shows up just fine.
That machine's probably around or a bit...
If you haven't played Dyad yet, now's your chance! Do so - it's wonderful stuff.
No really, Zen Pinball 2. I prefer PA, but both are making their way onto the PS4 tomorrow.
In many cases, you might say that she's being targeted more harshly because she's a woman - yes, she hasn't played much of Megaman, so she's some "fake gamer girl."
Not the case here, though. That same community saw MML3 crumble at the hands of a parent company making dumb decisions. They want everyone to be on board with Inafune's vision, and they don't want it to be compromised (even something as silly as "Girl Beck.") 8-4 basical...
The statement is great. Wouldn't expect any less from 8-4. Give them the 8-4 Bump, if not the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Prime? Man, I was hoping for Metroid Dread. Here's hoping that there will be a 3DS game that does to Super Metroid what A Link Between Worlds did to A Link to the Past.
It's not a vote, it's a survey given to HR directors:

The headline, man. I'm poking at the typo.
