I approve of Battlelog.
It's not untested. Not only did they just stress test it by running the alpha, but developers like DICE playtest their games continuously throughout the course of development.
As someone who played the alpha, I can attest that, while it took me a couple times to get comfortable with no in-game browser, by the end of the alpha, I had to admit that Battlelog was going to be a great way to join games.

Vogue, lol. MW3 is not an essential game. One could argue that because the CoD experience has been largely identical over the last 4 iterations, that this will be more of the same, and therefore, one can get the same experience by playing MW1 or MW2.
BF3 is going to offer a unique and innovative experience unlike any other, it is the ONLY essential FPS this year.

If you meet the criteria to be in the Alpha, and are randomly selected, then you can play the alpha. It's not just log in to Origins and you get access.
