You're kind of hard to follow, but yes, any 360 controller (even generic ones) will work with Windows 7, provided you install the 360 controller drivers.
I can confirm that I use the wireless 360 with Windows 7 and never have a problem.

To me, nothing is more immersive than staring at my character's backside all day long. In fact, when I leave the house, I always attach a camera about 4 foot behind me, and then I set up a monitor to dangle in front of my face.
That way I can always live life from the 3rd person perspective.
