I wasn't familiar with the RF series either, got RF: Guerilla cause it was on sale on Steam. I found it to be a very fun game. The physics engine they are using is fantastic, buildings need to be demolished by taking down support structures. it's pretty realistic. The story was pretty cool, and overall, I would recommend this game. However, make sure your rig can handle it. It's pretty CPU intensive. I couldn't even play it on my AMD X2 4600+ (got like 1 FPS when buildings were collaps...
Load time for my 5850 went from about 45 sec to under 10! This driver is awesome and there have been no problems since I installed them.

I didn't think I would be content with a 32 man server after all the other BF games supporting 64, but I think they did a great job scaling the maps down for smaller and more intense battles. I hope for a 64 player Battlefield in BF3.
With more players, dedicated servers, and Dx11, PC is the only way to go for this game.
And one server that kept on kicking me out punkbuster-style. Other than that I've logged about 8 hours of awesome multiplayer battle. I haven't had this much fun since Battlefield Vietnam!!!

Just enable V-sync and that should resolve your problem.
You should develop one (an interest that is). Battlefield has long been the BEST multiplayer experience possible for PC gamers. While this new iteration has changed the formula somewhat, it is still an amazingly intense war experience.
As for AVP. I tried the demo, it wasn't very fun to me, especially since I was a Predator, a true sci-fi icon, and had zero fun being one. The melee attacks are lame and don't feel real at all. The review are coming in and this game is mediocre at best.
For those who have been playing BF since 1942(PC gamers), nothing get's the heart going like a killing streak in BC2. It's truly an intense experience, am I right people?

I do. It's awesome to play with x360 controller or wireless keyboard / mouse. But when the wife wants to watch a show, I can switch over to my monitor in the office and play at super high resolution. It's a win, win, win for me.

It runs all my games flawlessly and only poops out about once a year. However I've always wanted a 64 bit operating system to take full advantage of my 4 GB of RAM. What do you guys think? The OEM version of Windows 7 is available for $80 on New egg.

If PC's aren't spurring new game design, then why isn't Batman PhysX-enabled on the consoles? Oh that's right, they can't handle it. My 2 year old PC is way more powerful than a console, and will continue to surpass the console's limitations for a LONG time. I sure hope the frame rate is better than it was for that video. While the video looked awesome it was getting like 1 or 2 FPS. I assume that was to slow it down to show off the effects but I found it annoying.
