I think the main improvement to this Batman model is the eyes, they appear more natural now. They always kind of bugged me in AA.

Yeah, when the consoles are still running Dx9, and developers could be using all the tools at their disposal with Dx11, I would say the consoles are pretty much at the top of their threshold. Look at BFBC2 on PC with Dx11, vs how it looked on the consoles. There's really no doubt that the consoles are getting too old to advance.

The fact that you even play FPS's on a console gives you very little credibility. Some people prefer the arcade-like feel of MW2, some prefer the bigger, more realistic environments of BFBC2.
