It is true, but don't think you'll be able to take advantage of them all on PS4. No b/c with older PS games so to take advantage of these on PS4 would require them to be delivered through Gaikai

@Death - yeah but this was never a piracy issue. Lending games to friends and selling them on when finished are not piracy issues. Blu Ray done more to combat piracy than online passes or XBones policies ever will.

Its difficult to know the exact relationships developers have with publishers etc but I do know that the publishers have more effect on their slice of the pie than the consumers (even taking used games and lending to friends into account)

At this stage, I don't have any fears for the PS 4/Vita. If any publishers want to implement their own draconian DRM, then I will make a stand against those games.
Not everyone who's targeted by MS or Sony comes on N4G though. I've not seen any articles in newspapers or on TV news regarding how anti consumer this device is turning out to be.

Its because of things like paying for Live that MS think they can do this XBone crap too, they are pushing the boundaries of what is acceptable to consumers.

What makes you think they will learn this time. X box users have already shown that continuing support and variety in AAA exclusives just aren't as important as x game chat and paying some bloated organisation some more money to play the online portion of the game they just bought.

Has the update been taken down?
My PS+ downloaded it last night but when I check my system status it still says 4.42. When I go to update via internet, it tells me I have the latest version of the firmware.
