Nice one popup, that's the best laugh I've had on here for ages. A welcome respite from the arguing
LOL@Angel - Bet you couldn't read jack s### when you were experiencing the magic though. +bubs for the funny comment
Yeah, and Motorstorm Pacific Rift was the pinnacle of their racing games, how about PR 2 once they have finished with drive club
No Run bare, as Deadpoolio mentioned above, there is nothing in the HDD bay on these models, not even a HDD caddy which you need to buy separately.
The 12GB is Flash memory, not a HDD you need to remove
Mardy Bum would have been a better choice
If you weren't trolling, why didn't you mention the fact that it didn't brick your Vita in your first post then, we had to wait til your second to find that it "almost did".
You said it crashed, and it may be a system damaging update, but you never went on to explain that in fact it didn't, it was just a crash.
Yes, we hear about these system crashes all the time after updates, but if everyone comes on like you do and detail that yo...
I still don't think it's as nice looking as the original PS3 but each to their own I suppose
@Hamad, way to go adding to the debate, why not refute what Cmk is saying rather than tell him he's rambling. Apart from COD, what games on PS3 get the same numbers as Halo or Gears online. His point about the slow store and just the general sleekness of the GUI are also both valid.
But I'd still rather a company who put the effort into the quality of their games first and deal with the menus later than the other way around, so step aside MS
Completely agree though think its more to do with the software they use to match players up. They should have removed the minimum player cap, or at least reduced it so that some games could at least get going.
And in a run up to a sequel they should be giving this game away free on PS+ at least, or just make it a free to play game. Its a game I always wanted to platinum but there are never enough people on for domination games etc
Great game though
I have seen the same though it was in an old Gamestation store in Scotland. Not sure if stores made a higher cut of the retail price with a 360, but they have definitely been pushed more than the PS3. I overheard one guy telling a customer the advantages of the cheaper discs in the 360 due to PS3 having a blu ray drive. WTF
I have little respect for Curry's/PC World though after a salesman spent 20 mins trying to sell me a HDMI lead which could handle a 200Hz picture refr...
They have a black store in London?
I thought they were trying to break down barriers, surely something racist about that /jk
Make a profit you say? How many of these game companies are actually operating in the red?
I think what you meant to say was make even more money. Some games are turning over hundreds of millions of pounds in profit. That's still not enough for some people though is it.
Make a good enough game, sell it at the right price and you will get a profit.
Spending a tonne on advertising or poor concepts/programming leading to increased costs of ...
Very good points redemption, and it seems that some companies do listen (the PS4 direction and focus compared with the PS3 over arrogance from Sony as an example) however look at Konami and how they have never managed to get back to what made Pro Evo Soccer the best footie game available (Pro Evo 5 was the last great version I think).
Sometimes you don't need a brainstorming session with so called expert developers around the table to improve a good game, just listening t...
LOL, yeah right, or maybe you just like hitting innocents in games :p
The DS 3 design has been a perfect design for so long, which is the reason so many were up in arms about the change to the boomerang style controller when the PS3 was first announced.
That said, proper triggers for R2/L2 and a more responsive stick (it did have a big dead spot in the middle at times) will be most welcomed.
Evolution, not revolution is the order of the day h...
There are still people out there who don't have PS3's you know. The smaller chipsets, reduced cooling etc all have reduced costs associated meaning greater profitability.
Or maybe they've just realised how damn ugly the last versions were.
I'd love to see them introduce the original models again. The card slots and 4 USB's were very handy and it looked the bomb.
And to be followed by your half arsed comment Lovable. How about you pull your head out of your arse and not have such a selfish attitude.
People who only think of themselves are a blight on humanity
Very well said KingElixir, there is much more to this than which is your favourite console (or multinational corporation, I sometimes wonder on this site)
This is about consumer rights and people really need to see the bigger picture and future repercussions of their choices this generation.
You could argue its the same thing
My preorder is with Asda in the UK, hope they do something similar
