I don't think it's anything to do with brand loyalty and more to do with reviewers having different tastes, and Polygon's scoring policy being a bit crazy.
Killzone will always be a divisive franchise. I love it personally, but I can see why some don't.

I agree with him though, touch controls are only good for certain things. Controllers, kb/mouse and other inputs aren't going anywhere.

Stereo cameras will just make Move (and the weird glowing ds4) more precise.. Stereo cameras aren't some Microsoft invention. They inherently have to be long/wide or it wouldnt physically work.
Wait and see how well it does before judging it - just dance is using the camera (no remotes) like with kinect it seems. If it copes with that who knows how good it is (at its core functionality)?

Part of me misses the weird baby commercial Sony. It was certainly unpredictable. The PS2 ads directed by David Lynch were awesomely WTF.
Kevin Butler was pretty fun too.. I generally think Sony have always been good at ads, just nit always good at getting messages out with the ads. The weirder ones were super memorable - we're still talking about them now!

"Switching plugs and hdmi cables" - buy a tv with lots of hdmi sockets in the first place and you can plug more things in! Picture quality and number of inputs are my two main criteria for tvs - it can save a lot of faffing about when you invariably get more hardware.

NOBODY said videogames shouldn't allow violence. People were pointing out the double standards and stupidity of considering sex (a totally legal and natural act) as being more taboo than murder and mutilation. It doesn't make much sense.

He makes a decent point though, the glowing Move orb often reflected quite visibly. Never caused me any problems though.
