The problem with their also being a TV show is that that TV show is almost guaranteed to be awful. I really wish companies would stop trying to combine these things and concentrate on what the different mediums are actually most competent at.

Alan Wake was exclusive too.. Years later admittedly, but the Windows version is significantly nicer than the 360 one. Same for Deadly Premonition (lol) most of the games I got my 360 for graced other platforms in the end.
His fame partly comes from the character. Its clever differentiation and actually helps him get a lot of points across better.

Most interesting thing to me about JD'14 is that it uses the playstation camera without needing Move at all.
So its the first proper game that's using the PS camera like Kinect or the original EyeToy. I wonder how well it's going to hold up to more complex routines.

Worth reading up on, but in Ryse - nonsense. Nero didn't even have any children who lived past early childhood. The depiction of europe as barbarians is pretty cliched and fun, but not accurate.

Wow though this is really bad. If Ryse started as a kinect game but they couldn't even make that work with K2, and this doesn't either. Does K2 work for anything other than dancing games?
Although I understand the sentiment there are whole genres if I was developing the game I'd consider tweaking the resolution downwards in order to use the performance on things like post processing rather than 1080 or 60fps.
Something like Siren where the image quality is supposed to be grainy and look like video doesn't necessarily want 60fps 1080p. There are games where it's actually going to be detrimental to the aesthetic.
